I was alerted to the poster(s) using the "kewlJ" handle having once again slandered me in a post on this forum.

The latest example is in Post #88 of the "ASM revisited again" thread where he posts, "I do look down on his (sic) because he told us he was doing something else all these year (sic)."

Obviously, since my initial full-page ad in the 1980 GamePlan magazine, placed opposite the Notre Dame summary for maximum impact, clearly stated that I was a sports handicapper, and since that ad was viewed by hundreds of thousands of people, I have always stated exactly what I was doing.

Since I was included in Playbook newsletters for decades, which sold hundreds of thousands of issues, and likely in the millions, and I was competing as a handicapper, clearly I stated my expertise and business.

Since I was also on television in the Buffalo cable handicap in the same handicapper capacity, which was viewed by hundreds of thousands cumulatively, clearly I was stating what I do.

And since I actually filed federal taxes as a "professional gambler" on more than one occasion, most of these points are moot, but I do consider myself a handicapper as opposed to a professional gambler.

Now, if you do not provide a corrective notation to kewlJ's posts that are slandering me, you are responsible in part or whole for the slander.

I am requesting a physical address for you so I can provide proper documentation and allow you to hands-on verify all of my personal information and do the responsible thing. Allowing an anonymous poster to repeatedly say provably incorrect and damaging information about a real person who has run a real, tangible business is not the way someone hosting a "Poker Fraud Alert" site should behave. You are allowing "Posting Fraud" that is both factually provably false and damaging to my reputation.

A forum owner has a little different agenda. They want traffic and people like Dawg and this Sonatine, create traffic and responses (more traffic). Most everyone loves dogs; we love all breeds also, but our favorite is the shih tzu. We got Porsha in 2009 just after I retired from being a vp pro since the DU play had disappeared. Aside from her yearly exams and shots, she never once got sick or went to the vet until her final 2 days where it suddenly all fell apart. That was last Dec. Now we have the new puppy I posted a pic of and my wife named her Twinkle, because she always said Porsha always had a twinkle in her eye. We've been blessed again.

Puppies are a lot of work in many ways, and our life schedule has been significantly rearranged. There's multiple dog lovers here and they know what I mean. Her shots were last week; this week it's spay and microchip; in Jan. she goes to doggie boot camp for 2 weeks for training etc.

So what I decided is to terminate my participation here at least until early Feb., and maybe longer. I've said I'm only here to watch kew make a fool of himself because it's entertaining. But he's humiliated himself more than I ever could have hoped for, and in my case I'm running out of insults.

While he gets all flustered over others not believing him, in my case it's just the opposite. Everyone knows what I'm saying. And while there are those who will never be able to come to grips with the fact that I did all the things I've said, and the only "fake" was when I stupidly took pics inside an rv that wasn't ours instead of wasting time going thru Phx. traffic so I could take pics of ours in Gilbert.

Oh--if and when I return, I will never toss another insult towards anyone again. Those who've been the recipients of my zingers have been and will always remain deserving of them.

A forum owner has a little different agenda. They want traffic and people like Dawg and this Sonatine, create traffic and responses (more traffic). I said this years ago and Dan Druff denied it, saying he is not trying to monetize this site which is why most forum owners want traffic. Maybe he is not, but still no forum owner wants his forum sitting there with little traffic.

I do appreciate all the members here speaking out that what Mdawg is doing and allowed to do isn't right. Mickeycrimm, Axelwolf, Half Smoke, and keystone and Jdaewoo in their own way. And I don't think it is about me as much as they just know it isn't right.

I never say that I play favorites. And if I disliked you, I would just ban you and be done with it. Your presence here and all the controversy surrounding you has turned this forum into a shitshow. You're not the only one responsible for this, but you've had a large part in it.

Yet I still don't ban or restrict you. Anyone on the outside observing would probably accuse me of playing favorites FOR you.

I don't ban sonatine because he is an old school user of the PFA community, mostly makes intelligent posts, and most people on the forum like his presence. He has his detractors, and he does troll plenty, but he also posts good content, even if I disagree with the political stuff. He's not just some random asshole who showed up and disrupted the forum. He's ingrained in the entire culture there going back to the 2000s, when a different forum existed prior to PFA.

I will say that it's getting tiresome to see the MDawg/kewlJ show corrupt every thread. The difficult thing is that there's so many people at fault for this, I'd have to ban 60% of the posters here to instantly solve that, and obviously I'm not doing that.

And sure, I could avoid bans and just make draconian rules regarding what people can and can't post, but then how different is this place from WoV?

I know you two hate each other, but if you could both refrain from trolling each other just because you see each other's names come up, that would be great. Same goes for other kewlJ haters and MDawg haters.

I would really prefer it that we could have more talk of Vegas/casinos/AP stuff/sports here, and less of this personal bickering.

I'm sure the responses I'll get here will be kewlJ saying, "I try to post good content but MDawg and Rob Singer just instantly attack me!", and I'm sure I'll get MDawg saying, "I try to post good content but kewlJ and Keystone instantly attack me!", and I'm sure I'll get a bunch of other people pointing out how MDawg and kewlJ both deserve the trolling they get.

But yeah it's getting tiresome.
