By my standards, I sucked. I lost somewhere between $1130 and $1150 at Hard Rock playing slots for the calendar year 2025. I did not play table games, and my sports betting was minimal and, I think, anonymous.

I had a plan, but as Mike Tyson says, everybody has a plan until they get hit in the mouth. So my plan was to reach legend status and then get the credit card in Jan 2026 to get boosted to Icon, which MGM and CET in LV would tier match, resulting in somewhere between six and two dozen comped nights, depending, in LV. But this was before LV's financial woes became evident and I started getting offers in LV for free nights.

So I kind of wasted the effort and money. The Nugget, it turns out, is giving me free midweek nights pretty regularly, so this was all unnecessary. Got about $300 in food out of Hard Rock, so that counts for something, and I got comped to see David Lee Roth, and that was fun. Stayed maybe half a dozen nights comped this past year. I'm not going to cry about it. I had a plan, and it was not needed, but I didn't know it at the time.

Granted I have played hard in the past to get those offers, but I have won over all I am a lifetime winner, but even if I weren't, and playing -EV at something like Craps playing only the pass line with max odds, the house edge could be beaten pretty easily with offers like that.

Resorts World Vegas I haven't even played there in a while and I am getting automated $8000. a month in slots free play, and $3000. a month in food can't even eat all that.

Finally the million dollar winning day. Fantastically Delicious! A make-my-day, kind of post.

When the dawg "adventure” started 7 years ago, he was posting almost all wins, same as now, but they were wins in the hundreds of dollars to low 4 figure range.

As time went on, no one even responded to his nonsense, he began to escalate. Routine low 5 figure wins. That grew to $20k to 30k wins. Then mid 5 figure wins.

Still he did not get the attention he sought. In January 2025 dawg posted about a 3 week period totaling a million dollars in wins. These wins were all in the mid 5 figure range with a scattering of 6 figures.

He duplicated these claims in another 3 week window (1 million total win) during late summer/early fall.

No one cared. He escalated AGAIN. Over the past 2+ weeks he had claimed almost another million dollars in winnings, including multiple 6 figure wins. One day he posted 3 sessions including a $800k loss and 2 wins totaling $850k. (net win $50k)

And then it finally happened, with Todays claimed win of over a million dollars in winnings for a single day, which brings his 2+ week total to almost 2 million dollars.

Hooray for our hero! “The Pope of Las Vegas”. 10’s of millions of dollars in claimed wins and NO heat. The casinos love him.

The only thing left to ponder is where does he go from here, since he is still not receiving the attention he seeks. $2 million dollar wins, $3 million, $5 million?
