Craps is back in the Forum casino at Caesars Palace.
Several years ago the craps tables were consolidated in the Palace Casino which is the main dome at the front entrance. Two tables were put in storage.
One of those tables is now back in the Forum Casino and when it's open it's $10 or $5.
The other table is now in a private high limit gaming area.
Here's a photo of the craps table now in the Forum Casino at Caesars. As you can see, it is a full size table, and from what I was told, the table surface is typical for what you will find at Caesars. It appears the side rails of the table are straight and this might be an advantage for certain players because in the Palace Casino there are several tables where there is a bulge in the side making it very difficult to make shots straight to the center of the back wall.
Meanwhile, I was told that in the Palace Casino it is now rare to find a $10 table and most tables are now at $15, and a few are at $25.
Brings back fond memories of 1 classic roll (not mine) that I was lucky enough to take part in. Used to be kind of amateur hour at those tables but I liked the open area.
