Several times I have been with high rollers who made "come" and "don't come" flat bets of $10,000 with full odds. I have never seen flat bets above $10,000.

For the come bets, full odds are 3,4,5.

I did play at Casino Royale once with a high rolling friend who had $5 flat come bets with $500 odds (this is when they had 100X odds) but he lost $25,000 in less than an hour.
I believe that the limits now are $20,000 flat--$10,000 max odds. They used to be higher. They really cater to a much smaller player now. They also have wierd tables. Not only are they too bouncy, but there is not enough room between the back wall and the pass line, so it is impossible for the dice to not hit the chips for odds on the pass line. I haven't played craps there since the first night they put in those tables.
