Why do so few people not go to any of LV's great restaurants that are not in a casino? (Besides jbjb: subway)

Best non casino Vietnamese restaurant I've been to in Las Vegas is Pho Kim Long @ 4029 Spring Mountain Road in "Chinatown"
They bought the space beside them and doubled in size. The place is always packed and it's open 24 hours.
I can't find a good pizza place in Vegas, even though there are sooooooooo many.
Don't say "secret pizza" at the Cosmo. Overrated and too much trouble when staying anywhere but the Cosmo.
Suggestions?

Casserta pizza on Federal Hill. Oh wait , sorry that's in Providence. Never mind.
Take off that stupid mask you big baby.
Favorite pizza place for me is Grimaldi's (New York style). There's one upstairs at Palazzo, at Fashion Show, and a few others off-Strip. I always make a point to visit every trip. Once I went 3x in one day.
My favorite is Hash House a Go Go at the Linq (twisted farm food) I've seen them on man vs food and another TV show. I always get a BLT Bloody Mary.
I've found the best pizza in LV is at Metro Pizza, and I don't mean the dumpy one inside Ellis Island.
You're right Blimpies is pretty well scattered these days. A shame.
I like to go to restaurants outside the casinos at times. That way you eliminate all the Toms, Dicks, & Janes who just lost $2000 and are frantically & loudly trying to keep the meal within their comp limit.
