So Rob's "home" isn't really his "house." I think someone pointed out the ramifications of the semantics a long time ago. Rob (and Alan, since he titled the post) seem to have known it wasn't Rob's house.

It's not unheard of for children and in-laws with money to prop up parents in tough financial situations. Probably some medical hardships on the immediate horizon for Rob to keep things out of his own name.

I'm thinking of traveling around and taking photos of the places I hang my hat in an effort to imply I own them. I'll never actually state that I own them of course; they'll be my "homes," not my houses.

I'll start posting next week. Some of you might recognize my 50,700 square foot mansion. I call it Red Roof, after the color of the tiles. There's also my vacation home in Orange, where I store the Lamborghini.

By the way, my brother tried that "carpeted the basement, bought another bed, and now I add 1500 square feet to the home" trick. It doesn't fly with realtors.
