Caesars Palace in Vegas is in the middle of constructing parking entry/exit machines in the self park garage.

It looks like it will be complete soon.

Question: Does anyone know if there will be attendants there? If not, what would stop someone from simply getting additional copies of their TR card and handing it off to friends who wouldn't otherwise get free parking?
