I missed a royal last week because I held a lone A instead of a suited A 10 in ddbp.

My understanding is that the time taken to press the hold button on that 10 would have changed your draw anyway.

But I suppose it's just as likely that the suited J-Q-K would appear as any other 3 cards left in the deck,
no matter when you hit the deal button.
