My favorite line of the week doesn't mean I have action on it. Where did you come up with that? It means it's my favorite line of the week -- to discuss, talk about, make people think. Now if I had said "favorite team of the week," well, that would suggest I had a side of the game.
Obviously, and this is for people who may actually want to understand something about sports betting, nobody's rep is on the line unless you tally up about three years worth of selections (preferably more) and see where they stand. Anyone who thinks otherwise is not very savvy regarding sports betting. In fact, they're pretty damned dumb.
As for posting selections on this forum, what in God's name would motivate anyone to do that? I'm sure my partners and clients would greatly appreciate me posting my plays here. If I were still a Billy Walters hired hand, he'd probably break my legs for doing that, at the least. Clearly coach is confusing me with some television tout trawling for sucker clients. If I was one of those, sure, I'd probably post plays here. I probably would also have mentioned what I do sometime in my first couple years and 2000 posts on this forum. But I didn't.
Anyone wishing to follow along how I do in the invitation-only Wise Guys Contest is welcome to check www.vegaswiseguys.com as the season unfolds. I'm not sure if they post contest results for non-subscribers until after the season, but you can always check and see. If anyone wants to see how I'm doing in the Race to the Super Bowl at Heritage Sports, which I won two years ago, they can check the Heritage leaderboard or PM me.
Alan's package contains pages from various McCusker Report summaries of my results, plus Wise Guy Contest results, plus other things. In the package is a copy of an interview I gave as a young man back in 1979. I had done a weekly column for the Valley View Citizen Standard, where I worked at the tender age of 22, and I posted my college selections weekly. I worked there a year, had a monster college football record, and started Integrity Sports the next year. That column was the last time I publicly posted my plays outside of being officially monitored or in contests.
I appreciate coach's brilliant suggestion, but I think I'll pass.
