Bill--I am a professional horse player. And I have never made over a million in any year, although I made over 300,000 this year on derby Day and have had single winning tickets on several pick 6's. I would love to hear your thoughts and insights on handicapping if you really are a pro and if you aren't total BS. But I think you are probably BS until you prove otherwise.

P.S.--I suck at the NHC type handicapping tournaments as that is not my style of betting. But I feel compelled to play them anyway just for the challenge. I have qualified 6 of my 7 years--not yet qualified this year and looks doubtful as I am concentrating on $$ tournaments instead.
Wow, 300K on the Derby..nice...you must have hammered Always Dreaming, or had the tri or super a few times....I don`t consider myself a pro, as my main source of income comes from working.....I am not a W-P bettor...Only concentrate on horizontals (i.e. Pk 4,5 or 6) and sometimes play trifectas if i especially like a key horse on top....Mostly focus on NYRA or California, with a few of the shorter meets mixed in like Keeneland or Kentucky Downs....Just started getting a bit more into the contest scene the last few years...Have played in a few of the ones Boyd Gaming puts on....it`s a whole different ball game playing those, and my best finish to date is 24th...they are pretty interesting and fun however......Nice to see another horse player here
