An open post to redietz: if necessary I will post the private message you sent to me and Dan titled "I YAM WHO I YAM" and it appears only I responded to you and not Dan. Now please clear the air or I will post your entire PMs to me and my responses to you telling you it was a waste of time to send your articles to me and not to do it and how you said you wouldn't post anything online and made NO MENTION of any copyright issues. It appears the copyright issues were brought up by you only after I questioned here on the forum why you didn't post the material yourself.

As I reread your original PM to me it appeared you only wanted me and Dan to have it to know you were telling the truth. And I told you I never questioned you and to ignore Rob. It's all there in the PMs. Do I need to copy and paste?

Now is the time for you to call off the dogs.

First of all, they're not my dogs.

Second of all, I didn't say you, Alan Mendelson, had to read anything. I said if my plane went down, I wanted someone to verify that Rob Singer had been lying about me on this forum. If that was you, great. If not, pass the stuff onto Dan or someone who would.

Third, I assumed you would know copyrighted stuff shouldn't be posted. I listed what was in the package in a separate PM, and clearly the majority of the material would have some kind of copyright. I didn't spell that out because you would know that much better than me. Right?

Fourth, I wasn't holding you to some kind of contract to be an arbiter. But your decision that you didn't want the material FOLLOWED your decision to post an address to have me send it, so naturally forum readers would assume you were going to say something about it.

Fifth, I'm getting the feeling my chain may been yanked multiple times here. Alan posts an address to which to send the package. Was it to see if I really had material and was going to send it? I don't know. I say "Alrighty!" Suddenly Alan changes his mind.

Then, Alan asks me to verify why the name on the return label isn't mine, and that he's going to post a photo of the front of the mailer with the name and address on it. Was it to see if I would think it was a bad idea? I don't know. I say, basically, alrighty again. Rob blows a gasket and puts himself in another position to be identified as a liar (once again). And then Alan changes his mind . . . again.

Just send the stuff off to Dan, for God's sake. I'll reimburse you the postage. It's not that complicated.

When I'm on the west coast, I live at the (very nice) residence of a former VP of Boeing. When I went to print the mailing label at the office in the house, it defaulted to his name. I didn't catch it until it was printed. Since I was at the address, that was okay with me.

Like everyone else, I have no idea what you sent, other than that it's dozens of pages.

We'll redietz, I'm a former vp of Northrop Grumman, and we had a huge amount of work on major programs sub-contracted to Boeing. Care to identify him--I may know him and/or he may know me. Or are you worried about "copyright infringement" once again, just so you can feel good not supporting your bs again.

Here's one better. The address on the package label is 75 miles from the address to which I mailed it. I assume Alan is closer than his office by 20-30 miles. Rob, why don't you just ask Alan to show up unannounced any time in the next couple of weeks at the address on the label, and he can check to see if the guy I mentioned and I are both at the address? As your dear and true friend, certainly Alan can help you out confirming what an accurate, stand-up guy you are.

Boy, that sounds like a real solid plan to expose all of my BS. Doesn't it, buddy? All my BS right out the window. I'll be so discredited, how could I show my face on the internet again?

I've gotta warn you, though. I jog a couple of miles at 8 AM each day, then head to Panera down the road for oatmeal and a coffee. So if he checks on me at 8 AM or thereabouts, he may not catch both of us there.

Amazing, huh? That I can afford Panera, I mean. Their oatmeal is pretty pricey.


P.S. I think I have a copy of most of the package stuff lying around here somewhere. Alan could kill two birds with one stone (while saving gas money), and check out the material while confirming that I'm not here. Boy, that sounds like investigative journalism at its most decisive. No ambiguity regarding who can see what from what table. Just a nice decisive outcome debunking someone. It's a damned shame that someone would be named Singer/Argentino.

Redietz you sent that email to both me and Dan. Did Dan respond to you? If he did, use his address and send it to him. I don't have Dan's address. Dan confirmed that already. In fact the only time I saw Dan was when by coincidence we were both having dinner at Nobu.

Now one more time: you can take a photo of your byline on any copyrighted article and post it under fair use. Stop skirting the issue.

Also I will have your documents God forbid anything happens to you. Since that was your concern and since you are alive and well there is no need for me to do anything per your second point above.

You went out of your way to state that kewlj had "been caught" telling tall tales regarding tracking a second table, and that you weren't going to let up on him. You stated this as if for a fact you knew he couldn't do it. You called him out.

But when Rob Singer gets definitively exposed as having libeled me for a year, lied about me for a year, and even in the last 48 hours, made whack job accusations presented as fact that can easily be demonstrated as lies, you can't get the words out of your keyboard or mouth, "Rob Singer was dead wrong. Rob Singer told tall tales. Rob Singer lied."

Tony did see what appeared to be display ads or graphics that list you as a winner or finalist in various gaming tournaments. Isn't that what you wanted me to see? I trust Tony. I didn't tell him to look for those things, I asked him to tell me what he saw. He saw what you wanted me to see. I think it's a closed case.

Again, why won't you just take photos of your byline with article titles which is okay to do under fair use of the copyright law and post it here? You could do that in five minutes, which is less time than it would take me just to walk out of my place and get in my car and turn the ignition key. It would take me another half hour or so to drive to Tony's office. Imagine how much more you could do in less time?

Frankly you've wasted a lot of time here. All of this could have been avoided if you just did it yourself. Why couldn't you?

I cannot defend Rob Singer. Heaven knows I've said it over and over again. I also told you several times in private messages that you should ignore Rob. I've also posted on this forum that everyone should ignore Rob. Frankly, I've learned to ignore Rob when he libels me.

He has found copies of numerous articles authored by Robert Dietz. He has also found print outs of ads and displays that show Robert Dietz has won or placed in various gaming tournaments. I asked Tony if he found any copies of IDs such as a driver license or passport and he says he did not.

Redietz: as I have written before, Rob Singer will now claim that there is no link between the articles and that you are in fact Robert Dietz. I know this is going to happen. Now, do you want to continue this fight with Rob or do you just want to ignore him as I've been suggesting you do?

What is the rush?? .....we are in week 9 after you told us not once but twice that you go to the office once a week.

As I told redietz I go into the office only one day a week so I won't get it till next week.

This seems to be your new 'defense'. Initially Dan didn't respond. He wasn't all that interested in getting involved.....true. But there came a point that even Dan, one of your biggest supporters realized you were stone-walling and you could not be trusted to keep your word.

I'm really sorry kewlj but I've made changes in my life. And soon I am moving OUT of Southern California and then I will rarely if ever go to the office again. I'm retiring, guys. I'm already collecting my pension and starting October 11th my Social Security starts.

I've already told my clients that after December I will no longer be doing a weekly Best Buys TV Show. I will continue to do Infomercials and from time to time I will do a Best Buys Special. We are thinking about doing a Best Buys Special for Presidents Day Sales and then another for Mothers Day Sales and then another for Fathers Day and graduations. But the weekly grind is ending for me. It's time to be "semi retired."

Tony (who is actually about 8 years my senior) is also retiring (he's in his 70s as you can figure) which is why he isn't in the office so much anymore.

Kewlj, Tony has told me what's in the package and so far, redietz has not disputed what Tony told me. What are you expecting for me to see in the package that will change things? Please tell me. Use red font if you must.

edited to add: I'm not going to ask Tony to rewrap the package (redietz would you care to describe the intricate wrapping and over-wrapping you used?) and then take it a mile and a half away to the post office to mail to me. Everything we do is by email, or by phone. Even with the TV stations there is no more snail mail. Even contracts are "signed" via email. Payments are made electronically -- no one sends paper checks anymore, and when they are sent that way, there is an outgoing mail slot in the lobby of the building. And the package won't fit in the mail slot.

If it's so important, kewlj, ask redietz to send the stuff to you. redietz says he has plenty of copies and he's obviously not worried about the copyright laws affecting photo copies but he is concerned about taking photos of his byline and names. Go figure.

And redietz, why don't you get Dan's address and mail him the package directly. This way kewlj will not accuse me of altering the contents of the package. Yeah. that's coming. Can't you tell?
