Now, Tony did read to me what was on about 15 of the pages you sent and they CONFIRM there were articles authored by Robert Dietz. Tony did see what appeared to be display ads or graphics that list you as a winner or finalist in various gaming tournaments. Isn't that what you wanted me to see? I trust Tony. I didn't tell him to look for those things, I asked him to tell me what he saw. He saw what you wanted me to see. I think it's a closed case.

Again, why won't you just take photos of your byline with article titles which is okay to do under fair use of the copyright law and post it here? You could do that in five minutes, which is less time than it would take me just to walk out of my place and get in my car and turn the ignition key. It would take me another half hour or so to drive to Tony's office. Imagine how much more you could do in less time?

Frankly you've wasted a lot of time here. All of this could have been avoided if you just did it yourself. Why couldn't you?

By the way, just to answer what Rob Singer is certain to ask: was there any proof in the envelope that YOU are the Robert Dietz who wrote the articles and won the contests? I don't doubt you are, but Rob will. He's already said so. I didn't make that up.
