Reading is fundamental, note the use of the words "very close".

How do you explain the following quote? Especially the "I will do what I need to do" and "I am going to settle things".

"But I figured, no need to rush, because I know exactly where you live. And when you push me too far, I will do what I need to do. And collectively, you bitches have now pushed me too far. I don't care the cost, physically, monetarily, or legally. I am going to settle things with a couple of you loud mouth lying bitches, hiding behind your keyboards."

That is not from a balanced mind.
