Yes its talked about among gamblers on gambling boards. But there is no public outcry or scrutiny . I listen to alot of talk radio, and only heard it on a small libertarian show. You never hear Limbaugh, hannity,and the like talk about it. I never carry large amounts of money, it doesnt effect me, but I am troubled by it as it smells like what you hear that goes on in banana republic countries. There is no oversight. you know more than me based on your trade.....and its not the topic of this thread.....so I will stop it here.....so as not to hijack.
