you answered you question. The chance of getting"rolled" in a well lit highly public place in some parts of the country is nil and you can live life accordingly.

In reno or vegas...not a chance would I wear that.

But I have lived in portland area for 3 months and never felt safer.

When I was young I would go to the boardwalk of Seaside Heights, and play the wheels, to win prizes, or thrw darts, or shoot an air rifle, and never thought I would master any of those things. I would lose 40 bucks and maybe win something...maybe not. But t was fun

As an adult I have my own Seaside Heights at my disposal. For the first 20 Years it was AC with craps and BJ,,,and some roulette. And for the last 18 its been reno with sports and poker.

I never deluded myself to think I would master any of them. I enjoy the action. I dont care about -EV plays. Warning me something is -EV is like warning me the piece of chocolate cake in front of me that I am about to put a fork in...is bad for my health.

Telling MrV that his Rolex is worthless because a Timex works just as well, or that he could get the same steak he got at the Bellagio, downtown for 9.99 doesnt register.
