Let's just keep it as simple as possible. You have a wife I believe? So you guys come to town. You both sign up for a players card. Now some husband and wives mess up and decide to have a joint account. That's a mistake. You want separate accounts and it will not matter if you have the same address but you will generate double everything. So let's say you decide to put in 20k of coin. It is almost always better to split it up and put 10k on each card. When you ask for comps or the mailman delivers the mail you will get double. Depending on where you play you could see some discrepancies. You'll have to use that college education and real world experience that I lack to get things where you want them over time.

Now, imagine doing that times 10, 20, 30... 80. That should get your brain heading in the right direction. Of course the more you do the more you want it spread out. You don't want 10 mailers going to one address. Most Casinos won't allow PO Boxes anymore so that play is over for the most part.
I will throw in one nugget of guidance based on my own experience. While Ceasars keeps spouse accounts separate, it will not send comp offers to the same address. So consider using an office address for one spouse rather than the same home address. I had my wife's offers disappear until I did this workaround.
