I find it odd that the Boyd's casinos in downtown do not have resort fees. But the ones in other locations do. Seems to be a inconsistency. I doubt it is competitive pressure as a bunch of other downtown casinos have resort fees -- even the dowdy El Cortez. Does anyone know why there is this difference?
