But legally, if they institute something and do it ineffectively...then I dont think they are off the hook from lawsuits. I think it makes them even more liable because they recognize there is a problem and they take a cheap ineffective way to solve it.

all this does is tells a wouldbe killer not to accumulate guns in the room over a period of days....they should bring them up and do their damage within 24 hours. How does this solve anything
