There is no harm in taking a hundred dollars, playing for example 20 hands of video poker, and then pausing to count what you have.
What is the harm in doing that?
If after 20 hands you have $140, you might cash out the ticket and return to play with $40 at 25-cents. Or, if after your 20 hands you have $70 and then you say "let's go eat."
