Mister V. For me, betting on a game is like buying a small stock that lasts for 3 or 4 hours. It either doubles or it desintegrates. There are times when I'm literally sick before a game. When I can go to movie, take a nap, or go to bed, and wait until morning is when I know I'm in the proper mindset. The decision is based on criteria comparison much like when evaluating a stock. It has little to do with who I think will win. Hell, I learned long ago I'm not a prophet. It has everything to do with finding value and catching the oddsmakers mistake. Quite often, those windows close very quickly.
I have friends who bet on many games a day because it makes the games more interesting for them. I root for their bets. Most are a walking basket case.
