Anyway, I'm walking out the grocery store, an elderly guy walks up to give his hard luck story will I'm standing holding groceries. Long story short, he shows me his ID, claims he his not a homeless person, and shows me a wristband to prove he was in the hospital. Anyway, I said "jump in, I will drive you down to the bus station, buy you a ticket home, and you can send me a check. (I wasn't counting on it.) Now, he's got excuses, his bag is at a ladies apartment, she get home until late etc.etc. So he needs $21. I gave him $5 so he'd STFU and I could get my melting items home.

I would have rather spent $50 on a bus ticket than throw away $5 on his bullshit. Comments?
There's always a flow chart that gets followed depending on the answers you give. I was walking to the casino the other day and a millennial age hustler (also on foot) asks "are you going to the casino ?" I say yes. The next item on the flow chart based on that response was "Do you have a phone ?" I say (the truth) "not on me". So the "no" on having a phone on my person gets to the part of the flow chart where I am asked "Know anyone that needs a phone?", to which I said (the truth) "No". Then he mumbles something about being broke and needing $5, but I slowed my pace and ignored him. He mumbled something else which I didn't here and then he was off.
Just 20 minutes ago, had a disgusting, fat woman ask me and a few others in a casino if I was interested in buying a cigarette. I guess gambling is more important than smoking sometimes.
