It is a form of 'wonging in' otherwise known as back counting. I don't question other counters as to who uses this technique or that technique. I do happen to know a few counters that we know that do it because I posted that thread, after Alan decided that it was impossible. I wanted to see just who else might be doing it as well.

Turned out Richard Munchkin had been doing it for years. I actually knew that from private discussions. But by posting that thread, I found out that 21forme has also been doing so for years and Don Schlesinger for....I think he said 40 years. In the mirror discussion at Norm's site, there were several more players that stated they also track a second table. Not all the time of course, but when they can. I forget exactly who. I am sure members we both know, since we were both on that site for many years.

I think...can't swear to it, but I think bigplayer may have mentioned tracking a second table at one time. That would make sense since bigplayer was/is a longtime member of one of the very famous BJ teams (not MIT). BJ teams use the call in approach with spotters. Tracking a second table is basically the same thing except you are playing both roles, spotter and call-in player.
