After thinking and reading up about the choices I will be transitioning into a light fruit diet after my Juice Fast. After a week or so of the Fruit Diet I will change up my eating habits to a Raw Vegan Diet. I think it has a better balance compared to a Raw Fruit only Diet. I will also incorporate daily Juicing. I will set up a Fasting Schedule for the month as well incorporating No Food or Water 3 day Fasts, 5 day Water Only Fasts and of course longer Juice Fasts. I noticed if you have the time and ability in the kitchen you can really make delicious food that is Raw Vegan. I will have to buy some more kitchen gadgets which I will obviously drive myself insane with. I notice that I will need some sort of vegetable spiralizer. I most likely will buy one of those Vitamix Blenders as well if I can convince myself that I need a 300-600 dollar blender.
I notice these Vegans are all into the "Organic" craze and that is fine but I most likely will not get into it that hardcore. I would if I lived on a Farm and could grow my own vegetables so I had control. I will check out the Farmers Markets again and see if they are worthwhile. If not I will just eat those GMO/Poison Vegetables which has to be better than putting Coca Cola, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Mass Produced Ice Cream and all the other poisons into ones body.
