This thread is yet another attempt by Alan to belittle AP's. It is an ongoing agenda with this guy. In this case "see even people that work at In-N-Out Burger make more than you do".
As usual, Alan has cherry-picked and manipulated his data though, in this case the key words are "factoring in bonuses and additional compensation".
Alan, let me tell you something about AP's. It isn't ALL about the money. Sure we want to make money. But there is also a degree of most AP's enjoy making money in this manner. The truth is that most AP's (not myself) could make more money doing something else, something in the private sector or even running their own different kind of business. Most AP's (again not I) have the skill, knowledge and education to make more doing something else.
I think there are some AP's making 30-40k a year that are thrilled with what they are doing. To be honest, when I started out, I though that would be my range, maybe slightly higher, 30-50k a year. I would have been happy with that and I could live comfortably on that. I mean how many people REALLY get to say that they enjoy what they do for a living. It is a pretty small number.
Oh and here is another thing the In-N-Out manager can't do. He can't decide when he works or not.
I have just in the past few minutes decided I don't feel like working today.It is a spectacularly beautiful day here in Vegas. What seems like a longer than usual summer (was still close to 100 every day up until a few days ago) is finally over. Spur of the moment I have decided to take the day off, go for a hike and stop in somewhere and bet a few horse races, something I haven't done in over a decade since my grandfather passed away, (he was a horseplayer).
Can the In-N-Out worker make that decision? Does he/she get to call their own shots?
Ok so tell me, how does horse racing work again? I like to bet the 3 legged horses. They have less chance of tripping over their own feet.

And there are no copies or records of the roundtable and its featured discussion.

Once i discovered I could make a living gambling it was out of the question that I would ever work for anyone again. About all I can say about it is I'm happy that my relatives have a good job market these days.
