What Happened to this site????

I have decided that Rob Singer has become nothing but a troll who is dragging down this forum, and have banned him.

I did not make that decision lightly. I want a semi-free-speech environment here, but Rob was simply dominating the forum with trolling and ruining nearly every thread. He ignored the warnings I posted about people doing this.

Finally, Rob is not contributing any valuable casino or strategy discussion. He merely acts as a contrarian to nearly everything posted here, yet rarely provides any data to back up his claims.

I also received several complaints from people -- some of whom hadn't posted in awhile -- that they are refusing to participate here because of Rob's domination of the forum.

Even Alan, a real life friend of Rob's, has called for his banning.

Therefore, Rob has been banned.

So let it be written, so let it be done.

True then....even truer now. Rob contributes nothing of a positive nature in any manner. His entire agenda is to troll, insult, attack other members. In the last 24 hours he has posted something he has posted several times before blatantly admitting that a big part of his purpose here is insulting Mickeycrimm.

I'm going to reinstate him now, but he will be restricted to post only in this thread and the other recent Singer thread.

I will delete any posts of his anywhere else.

Question to Dan Druff: were you true to your word? Have you limited him and his vile participation to one or two threads? Or did you merely allow him to return to his previous agenda of hate and attacks, and basically trying to ruin your forum?

Do I even need to ask the question Dan Druff: Did Rob abide by his promise to follow the rules of his re-instatement?

Just as I said about Mike Shackleford at WoV....It starts at the top Dan. Here YOU set the tone. And the tone you have set has resulted in attacks by this...nothing but a troll against everything from people's sexuality (how is this persons homophobic hate any different than racial and anti-Semitic attacks that you say you will not tolerate?), to attacks on multiple members spouses who have passed, to threats of violence, to the latest, this two week disgusting discussion of his penis complete with sexual comments that most women would find offensive.

This is a freaking gambling site. People should be able to come here to talk gambling and that includes females. Would you be comfortable with your wife, girlfriend, mother or daughter reading Singer's posts of the last two weeks, Dan Druff?

And finally, what this horrible discussion has once again proved beyond any doubt (as if any of us had any doubt) is just how dishonorable this person Singer/HarryArgentrino is. He made a bet proposal, disgusting as it is. A bet he cannot win, so he made the terms impossible for anyone to accept. And when it still looked like someone might accept, he has backed out entirely, siting some false expiration date. This is a clear cut case of reneging.

I will close by reminding you Dan Druff, that you have allowed and encouraged by your being untrue to your own word (initial banning and a second time when you placed restriction at reinstatement) and ever since with your continued silence and inaction. You alone are responsible.
