Coach--exactly. I don't question dealing seconds or whether a casino may cheat. But in the video where he is dealing seconds, how does he know what the cards are and when to do so. He has to have some other tool to tell him what the cards are.
As he deals the cards he is looking up at a screen that tells him what the cards are.
