downtown/locals vs strip properties

any know a good way to determine if a property bases its offers off ADT vs, coin over time (aka monthly, bi monthly, quarterly), etc?

Usually I make this stuff kinda easy.
This time I am going to make it more difficult.
Search around on this forum and I think you will find your answers.
Many posts talking about downtown Las Vegas on this Forum.
This isn't WoV where they trash talk downtown offers because they don't want more competition.
