So let me see if I can get this straight. In Arizona, if you skip out without paying the last month's rent the standard procedure is to charge you with "forcible entry?"
Mickey, I know you want this to be true, but even the date you gave me on this is impossible. Depending on your "source" you should have also found our address in '05 to be in a house in N. Phx. Pillar was the property we broke the lease for my son's family on in '11. So use your head and not your wish list. If we had some kind of charge from my daughter's '05 apt., exactly how was I able to sign a lease with the same property owner just 6 years later?

While this isn't important and I do believe you found such an entry based on the # of incorrect and confusing things I'm now finding on my various reports, I'm assuming you also know what it takes to keep any CCW or purchase handguns, of which I bought 7 last year. Does a B&E charge sound viable? And why is there no disposition? Even if you disclosed your "source" it's not something I'd try to get removed.

Now, how about we do this. Pick any 3 posters here and have them post their real MN Ames and state where they live. Then go to your "source" and see if you get squeaky clean 100% correct records. Check yours too. Then anyone who is jealous of or doesn't like any of them can spin the results or launch attacks! (some of that will change here soon) Oh wait!....that's why all you guys stay anonymous.

Wise up.
