He mentioned he sent a private message to Dan D. if he was coming on too strong and he didn't receive an answer. Maybe the cops contacted Dan and he had no choice but to ban Moses. But for first offense I don't like to see a permanent ban. I warned Moses about his behavior over at BJTF and he didn't listen. I do think if he did come back he would go back to his old ways, but I think he should be given the chance to behave properly as others have been given second chances.

In light of developments of the past few days, I have decided to step away from this site. I don't say that in the heat of the moment as I have other times. I have been considering this for a couple days now. For a very long-time I have known there is no benefit to me continuing to post here. It has been mostly entertainment. But we have now crossed into a real detriment.
If I have to go to the police and file a report because a member of this site, or any site is threatening to track me down, then we are into very negative territory as far as is it worth it to me. I take the physical thread seriously because I am dealing with a very unstable person. But just as important is the threat to identify me and out me to pit personnel around town. Certainly no AP would consider such a thing against another AP, and that makes clear that we are not dealing with an AP. We are dealing with a very sick, troubled, angry and seemingly jealous person. And quite frankly there seem to be way too many such people populating this site and the internet in general.
Dan Druff I think you bear some responsibility for this site. A couple weeks ago when BoSox joined you posted a welcome that said something to the effect that he didn't have to worry about getting banned here. It was an anything goes site. I didn't have any concerns about Bosox, but I knew at the time, that would be interpreted as a green light to ramp up the hate and attacks by several members here. AND IT WAS. That was just about the time Moses seemed to really go off the deep end.
You have made it clear that is the kind of forum you want....some kind of fight club. That is NOT the kind of forum I want to contribute to. This is no longer fun or entertaining to me, and I will not put myself or my career in danger any longer, hoping you come to your senses.
If I return to posting somewhere, it will be a more moderated site. Maybe WoV, some day. Despite that I feel like WoV is over-moderated to the point of silliness with their suspensions and stuff, at least they would have never allowed this kind of situation to occur. As a matter of fact there was a guy, sidthesquid trolling for information on me at WoV long after I was gone and they still did the right thing and immediately kicked him away. (perhaps sid and moses are the same).

This site is a little different than Norm's as Dan has said it is pretty hard to get banned here. Norm has always run a tight ship. Norm would never put up with all the shit that goes on here. I have tried to help Moses many times and warned him what would happen if he continued his threats. I don't know why Moses thinks fisticuffs is the answer to anything especially something posted on an internet forum. A real man would walk away from trouble.
Now I do think you over reacted by going to the police with this, but certainly that is you right if you felt threatened. However, you situation is a lot different than Norm's who I feel had every right to ban Moses. Moses was not only threatening him on the internet, but actually called him up 3 times and threatened him. Norm has posted under his real name and has made no secret where he lives. Your have never disclosed your real name and there are millions of people who come and go each year from Vegas. The odds of Moses ever finding you are extremely small, and really why would he ever want to for some silly thing posted on the internet unless he is completely nuts.
