On my very first Craps Game, I decided that I didn't want to play Craps anymore, and I pressed "C and E," Thinking it meant "Cash Out/End Game," turns out that "C and E," is in fact a bet, and I lost.
Being a former craps dealer, other dealers would say in a live game that "C and E" means casino employee. A way to encourage tips when a suit is not around.
