Pretty far from Chicago with many options closer. I think Milwaukee has Indian casinos already. But Madison is definitely a market. Chicagoans would go to Mars before they go to Rockford. Pretty shitty place. I only stop there to P on the way back from Madison or Minnesota. They do have a concert venue in Rockford but we don't go just because the City itself is so bad.
