Mike's own posted policy is that he doesn't consider things said on other forums.

So far I have seen two exceptions to that.

1.) I was banned for something I said on another forum. If you read Mike's announcement it states "while normally we don't consider things said on another forum.... I am banning KewlJ for something said on another forum".

and 2.) seems to be that I can't be re-instated for things said on other forums.

I mean which is it RS_?

And BTW, the banning and reason was manufactured. It wasn't about what I said on another forum. IT was because Norm demanded it of Mike. Mike told me Norm contacted him multiple times within a 24 hour period demanding that I be banned. A second moderator filled in that the number was 19 times in 24 hours, which is what I posted and which supposedly got me banned.

Not only is that NOT a ban-able offense, but according to Mike's own policy, isn't even against the rules.

I'll make this as clear as possible:

1. You got fucked on the reason you got banned.
2. It's your own damn fault for posting the shit AFTER you got banned...and that is why you aren't going to get unbanned.

So then you are saying Shackleford is a liar when he says that "things said on other forums aren't considered". That remains the official policy at WoV. It seems not to apply to only me and in two different instances now. I was banned for something said on another forum and now I can't be unbanned for things said on another forum.

No, you got banned for breaking an agreement. Whether or not the agreement was fair it doesn't really matter, you shouldn't have agreed to it.

It's obvious he was talking about CERTAIN things said on the other forums wouldn't carry over to wizard of Vegas. There's no way he could fathom every single situation that might occur, sometimes rules need to be changed as you go along. I guarantee you he doesn't even know half the s*** you had said about him on the other Forum. I know some of you guys love to believe he was reading that, but I guarantee you he wasn't. I wouldn't doubt if Norm was reading it and feeding some of the crap you said to him. But your ban was long before you started posting all that garbage over there. I think you know what you have to do to get back on the wizard of Vegas, either do it or don't, it's your decision. I highly doubt you'll ever be let back on that site without any type of apology or something like that. I'm fairly sure Mike's Banned people he actually likes in person from the site and won't even let those people back on.

You know damn well you should have just settled down chilled out for a while and let some things play out and then brought your case back up.

And since then you've broken the rules many times by creating sock puppets over there, it doesn't matter what your reason is for creating sock puppets you did, you got caught breaking the rules.
