If I ever have to "work" to AP, I'm quitting AP.

I don't know what you are trying to say? That you enjoy what yo do? That is great. It really is.

But being a successful long-term AP takes work. And more advanced plays/techniques don't change that...if anything it works the other way because of scouting.

You know jbjb, you have some Grosjean in you (definitely a gay joke opportunity there) in that you like to remind or impress people that you are doing more advanced stuff.

Is this need (trait) and insecurity an AP thing?
