I would not have believed this could have happened if I didn't see the video on Twitter with my own eyes. I would have thought it was an embellishment or tall tale without the video proof.
One good thing about living in 2019 is that we have Social Media and Camera phones. This reminds me of the guy who was arrested just hanging out in his yard watching his kid play. The Cops thought he was some random robber and he turns out he was not the robber. His wife got it on her camera phone and turned it in to the News.
