Some corrections and notes, since I spent some time at a number of Boyd properties last week:

1) The two happy hours at the Main Street Station brew pub were not in effect. Sadness.
2) The 16/10 deuces wild machines to the left of the south doors at MSS accrue points at 1/3 the rate of other video poker. They now accrue tier credits, also, although I do not have a sense of the rate.
3) Had a comped lunch at the MSS buffet. Food was good, better than the last few times I'd been there for lunch.
4) At Orleans and Gold Coast, video poker does now accrue tier credits, although slowly, unlike last couple of times when no amount of video poker appeared to garner tier credits.
5) In lieu of Ruby card members not being able to accrue points, Boyd is offering gimmick days in addition to Young at Heart. The gimmick days require earning five to 10 tier credits, after which you can choose a prize. Some of the prizes are 1500 and 2000 points. So they've found a way to backdoor points to Ruby members.
