Fortunately, I was able to afford selective top of the line medical and doctor care the east coast has to offer. Not just anyone who happens to be on duty from some third world country. Living a two-bit life style limits your options when it means the most.

I'm not sure why I'm responding to this particular post, I guess the absurdity of it crosses a certain threshold. You do know a lot of the best doctors on the east coast are from third world countries?
