I only played baccarat once... in a free tournament. So I'm asking a question without any real knowledge of the game except for a video I watched on YouTube before the tournament.

My question is this: is baccarat a game in which you can count cards and if so does card counting help?

The game is consered by experts to be uncountable as far as gaining an edge is concerned. The house will even give you pencil and paper to track the cards. Some of the sidebets have been found to be exploitable.
