Sioux City is on one of my routes to and from Montana. I always stop at the Hard Rock to take a survey. In July, 2018 I stopped in and found this game in the pic below. It's called Progressive Pays but nowadays we call them 15's for short. I had never seen this game before and I cover a wide swath of the country. I quickly deduced it is exploitable so hung around Sioux City to play it. It was getting quite a bit of action everyday but just 4 machines.

You can see the 3 progressive free game meters at the top. The 2X starts at 5 free games and progresses upwards as you play. You are awarded the free games when you catch the red bonus symbols on all three reels in the screen. If you don't hit the free games in the screen then when the meter reaches 15 free games you are automatically awarded 15 games at 2X pay.

The 5X and 10X work the same way. The 5X starts at 7 free games and maxes at 15. The 10X starts at 10 free games and maxes at 15. So it's a no brainer that you play when any one of the meters is close to maxing out. The big play is the 10X meter on 14. There is some really big payoffs going on.

So after a few days I walk into the casino and the game was gone. I couldn't figure that out. Why would they take out a popular game? But I did get a pic of the game the day before. In hindsight I think it was a new game being field tested.

I looked for the game everywhere I went. Went thru dozens of casinos and couldn't find it. Then I sent out pics of the game to AP's around the country I'm networked with to see if they knew the game. I think I may have even sent a pic to Tableplay. No one had ever seen the game. This went on for 3 months. Then I got word the game popped up in Las Vegas in October, 2018. And from that point the game has been slowly spreading around the country.

It looks like I was the very first AP to find and exploit this game. I've been getting some nice "thank you's" from players around the country. If you download the pic then take a look at the date it was taken you will see it was July 11, 2018. Fully 3 months before any other AP can say they played this game.

"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ
