So politics allowed them to make heavier charges but not lighter charges?
Isn't the most likely conclusion by far that they didn't think they could prove theft?

Look I am not here to argue the prosecutions case and/or how they tried it. If you are arguing that winning a $820 jackpot and knowingly manipulating the machine to pay you $8200 isn't theft, and you think this is alright, I don't know what to tell you. Come judgement day, you may find the ultimate judge doesn't agree with you.
Now I want to get back on track. You read the link to the 2013 discussion, because you commented about Dan Druff. So explain to me why Rob Singer would post that this was illegal and a crime back in 2013, which would have been after he now claims to have done the same thing?
This is pretty clear and damning evidence that Rob spoke the truth back in 2013, because he had not yet decided to steal this story for his own.
"More importantly, mickey thought 8-4 was two games over .500. Argued about it. C'mon, man. Nothing can top that for math expertise. If GWAE ever has you on again, you can be sure I'll be calling in with that gem.'Nuff said." REDIETZ
Not today, but back in 2013 apparently he did. Why? Because he hadn't decide to steal this claim yet.
I mean seriously mickey, do you want to put you bias away and tell me why Rob said this was illegal and wrong back in 2013? If he knew he has made this play, he would have been defending back then as he does today.
If this Wizard (Shackleford) exercise is about determining if Rob made this play, someone should really bring this 2013 quote by Rob to Mike's attention. That is pretty clear evidence that Rob decided to inject himself into this story (steal this claim and story for his own) sometime after 2013.
Rob Singer Redux, so far, is a six page thread. So much for no commemts. And the Wiz put that post up on the weekend. And you conveniently forgot the 2200 views the thread has.
Now, the State of Nevada failed to bring theft charges against Kane & Nestor so they weren't overcharged in Nevada. As a matter of fact they weren't charged at all in Nevada. Why do you think that is, KJ? God forbid, for you anyway, that they thought they didn't have a case. Quit harping on the Fed case to support your narrative and start explaining why Nevada did not charge them. You ought to be able to tell a pretty good fairy tale.

I am not interested in arguing the legalities of the case and how it was mishandled and mischarged.
As for your Singer comment, biased as usual. Yes, there was 6 pages of discussion after Mike agreed to look into the Singer claim, mostly people expressing an unfavorable opinion of Rob, which is to be expected....he has gone out of his way to be nasty and unlikeable.
BUT, when Mike posted the link to Rob's claim on Alan's site, which is Rob's own words of the claim (as told to Alan), it would have been the first time that many on that forum had really seen what the claim was. Being that if true it would be a huge story in this community, that should have generated a lot of chatter. It generated NOTHING. Translation: most people just dismissed it as they dismiss Rob.
You are on an island Mickey. That is your right, but I think you are looking through biased eyes now and refuse to see what everyone else does. 15 years of lying and attention seeking by a guy who will say anything for attention. Something you basically said in this very year!
This confirms how dumb you and likely your entire generation is. Do you actually think I'm going to give my actual beliefs that the play is 100% legal when I've been on the edge for the past 4 or 5 years--with at least five years to go before I might tell anyone?
No wonder you confused people think transgenders are acceptable.
No you are so dumb. First that little comment about an entire generation really reveals your issue. You are a bitter old dude. I don't wish death upon anybody, but if you are really this bitter and angry with how your life has turned out, that all you want to do is bring everyone else down, why don't you just go ahead and end it. Put yourself out of your misery.
I knew this would be your response and that makes zero sense. As a matter of fact, if you had made that play, which we both know you didn't, and had been caught, one of the defenses your attorney would want to use is that you didn't know or think this was illegal. And the prosecutors could use this very post from back in 2013 against you.
So even for someone as dumb as you, this isn't flying. You are just scrambling as you always do. And now you will come back with some more name-calling and attacks having nothing to do with anything (deflections). I mean your game isn't even good any more. It is old and stale. And anyone who didn't already know that does after reading that 2013 thread. You are like a bad re-run. You can't even come up with anything new and original.
I'll be around much longer than someone with an unhealthy ticker and infected blood like you have my friend. We KNOW why you fear meeting up with anyone. And since you were wishing death upon wizard because he rejected you when you're telling yourself the fantasy that you're the most important anonymous gambling poster on the forums, you won't mind me saying that you're acting like a person with nothing to lose....an aids-infected bath house frequenter.
Now go ahead--write another essay to help you soothe the hurt.

The beauty of it is that I don't have to say anything. Your posts say everything that needs to be said.
Even people that may not like me, for any number of reasons, personal issues, maybe they don't like things I have said about their friend Mike, they read the things you post, lie after lie after lie and they know I am right, you are a bitter angry old man lashing out because he is unhappy with how his life has played out. And because they recognize your lie after lie after lie about things totally insignificant, they know that makes you a compulsive liar. So what chance is there that you are telling the truth about anything including the double up bug? This is exactly what credibility is Rob.
Now how about you up date us on how this investigation is going. Here is a quote from Axelwolf at WoV in the Rob Redux thread: "Whatever the case, I think an interview would be interesting. Perhaps it will put more eyes on the situation, with more eyes on the situation it should help get us closer to the truth.
I'm almost certain if Rob did play this, there has to be a way he can prove this claim with some effort".
What evidence have you submitted to Mike?
Here is a question for everyone on this forum: And granted we ALL probably have a bit of forum addiction, or too much time on our hands and probably need some sort of hobby, , but seriously would a 70 year old man, successful in life as Rob describes, a long successful high paying, professional career, amazing retirement package, who won has won 2.8 million from this double up bug and another million from the SPS and god knows what other fantasy claims, and has purchased multiple homes (that aren't in his name) and a 1.5 million dollar RV to travel the country, be on this forum 24/7 spewing the bitterness and hate that Rob does?
Does this make sense to anybody? Mickey? Or is this a really angry bitter old guy angry at AP's that have succeeded where he has failed as a degenerate gambler and specifically angry as hell at anybody that challenges his impossible claims?
Maybe this is poll material. But it only works if people put away their biases and their "I don't like this person, so I am on this other one's side" and really takes an honest look at what makes sense and what doesn't make sense. That is all I am asking, honestly tell me what makes sense to you?
You can be sure Rob isn't going to want that, so he will shortly deflect with more angry nasty posts of hate and bitterness.

My bias is to believe "Singer" did the glitch thing because it makes him a monstrous public liar, misleading people about the source of his alleged winnings. But despite that being my preferred belief, I have a tough time with the posts where he's waiting for a statute of limitations to supposedly expire and he publicly states that others doing what he has done are engaged in an illegal activity.
Hard to make lemonade out of those posts.
I'll let up on kew for a bit since he's having such a difficult time with everybody, it seems. Just like on EVERY forum.
Red, you like to pop into threads with some of what you probably consider "deep thinking". So why not do some here.
Yes I misled my readers Big Time, but what was I supposed to do--say I was winning over $500k/yr. instead of $90k? You saw how much controversy and commotion/disbelief it caused. I thought it would be best to continue the historicals experienced during my first 4 years. I had no clue how long my writing or the play would last.
Now fast-forward to the double up discussion here in 2013. No one has any idea what I did or what I was going thru as the Kane/Nestor case was winding it's way thru the courts. And I didn't bring the subject up either. Would it have been better for me to say what I did recently--that I thought it was OK to do it but then say I didn't think using existing hands or the same hand more than once wasn't? I was extremely careful with everything about this play, especially when I nor anyone else had any idea of anything past or future related to it.
My intention between 2009-2019 was not to slip up or give away any hint of anything. So saying I "believed these guys broke the law" made me feel as if I were keeping eyes and suspicion away, as very small a chance as there was of anything happening. I didn't have to comment on the thread but, well, where would this place have been without me?
