Well You are WRONG! He did not play wheel poker. Our machine play consisted of jacks or better or bonus video poker played to get the disproportionate mailer bonuses. No wheel poker, no VP poker variants including the 1q00=% game. Jacks or better if full pay, if not bonus poker. And never did I just stand behind him watching him play. I don't like video poker. I played it ONLY because a fellow AP convinced me it was an good AP opportunity for a little supplemental income. Come on man, you are grasping at straws. the 100 jackpot was NOT part of our regular play. We were out of town at a casino that was the first time I was at and they match tiers. So we got 50$ free play each because Boyd tier. That casino had no video poker, or at least none that I saw and looked. So I just told my partner to play whatever he wanted and he hit a jackpot. Was that extremely lucky? a 1 in a million, 1 in 100,000 event. Absolutely. You are 100% free to believe whatever you like.

This is almost irrelevant. There are a number of ways Rob or anyone else could have come up with the correct sequence LONG AFTER the fact. Dan Druff has stated that he believes it is possible Rob found one or two of those machines in one of those out of the way location's that never applied the patch and even played the machines. But he concludes that Rob never made any REAL money playing the double up Bug. That is exactly where I am as well.

Now here are a couple things you are over-looking.

When there was discussion on this very forum (I believe Alan owned it at the time) when the Nestor/Kane story broke, do you remember what Rob wrote? Something about what they did was illegal, and they should go to jail. If Rob had really made this play and was laying low as he later told us, this statement would have been a confession had he been caught and charged which was still possible. Dumb as I think Rob Singer is, even he would not do this. Had he really been involved in this play and was laying low waiting for statute of limitations to expire; he would have not said a word during that discussion.

The second thing is the totality that is Rob Singer and his claims. Everything from Singer progression systems that defy math, to "special plays" to machines telepathing hot and cold cycles, to the Newel RV and pictures inside an RV that was not his, to pictures of a safe with Amazon prop money, to the selling of the make-believe Newell RV sight unseen to an mystical Israeli, to his last 1.5 million dollar jackpot on the computer screen in the storage area of someone's house. And I am sure I am missing a few.

Redietz made reference to a girlfriend. Mickey made some very slightly off-color comment about here working in a tug and pull parlor. Redietz escalated that to that Mickey called his Girlfriend a prostitute and demanded an apology.

When redietz didn't get an apology, he sent an email saying something about how this Girlfriend was well connected (isn't everyone that redietz knows well connected) to a Vegas mob type family and if Mickey ever showed up in Vegas he could or would be in danger.

So the only real question is just what was the wording of "mickey being in danger". To know that, you have to see and read the Pm. And since neither is providing that, it is up to Dan Druff to determine how direct a threat that was.
