KewlJ, the one point that we have all heard a thousand times and I canno't fully grasp is the extreme small amount of barrings you have experienced in 15 years of playing in Vegas. We all know the story of you playing short sessions with a rather large rotation of casinos. You often enter and leave without buy in's and cash outs as well as playing for the most part unrated.

When you have often told various forums that you are often recognized by someone in the pit, but that you know you will be allowed to play because that employee knows full well that you will be leaving shortly and is not worth the trouble of barring you, in my mind that is beyond comprehension, especially when fifteen years are involved. I am asking everyone on the board does KJ's story stands the test of credibility?

One more thing BoSox. You learn to read people.

A little story from years ago just after I moved to Vegas. I fell in love with The M resort. They had good blackjack games at the time, table were not crowded during weekdays, had a nice buffet (at the time). I just really liked that place. And unfortunately over-played it.

They were tolerant of me and I sort of became a regular. Several times a week and worst of all usually the same time of day, late morning/early afternoon on weekdays so I could hit that buffet. And I saw the same dealers and pit. Like I said they were tolerant of me, more than I would have expected. One pit guy in particular seemed to really like me. He had an Irish last name and was clearly of Irish decent as I am. He also had a Philadelphia connection although he had been in Vegas for a long time and at that times I regularly wore hats and shirts with Philly sports team logos. I have gotten away from that as it became too identifying.

So like I said the guy was just super friendly every time I saw him. Nice warm :good morning: and always lots a small talk chit chat about almost anything under the sun. So one day I come in, buy in and start playing. He comes over and I say good morning so and so. I get a very cold "Morning" back from him. 10 minutes later I was backed off with a rather weird incident of a guy in a suit following me around the casinos as I ate and did other things. I mean I knew that backoff was coming as soon as I got that cold "morning" from my pit "buddy".

That was sort of my first experience with reading someone. And I have gotten far, far better in the last 8-9 years. I am almost never surprised by a back off anymore. I almost always know when one might be coming. Rarely am I caught by surprise. And that means I am able to avoid most of them. Even new pit folks that I encounter, you can read them and just get a feel for them almost immediately. I don't think this a special gift or talent, just experience at play. So this is a big part of why I experience relatively few backoffs now a days. To get one, it is almost like I have had to have read someone wrong and/or been surprised by them.

So now you can chit chat with PB’s and still count cards to an advantage. Your skills truly are legendary. But it only re-enforces my statement that you need to make it clear to anyone who comes in contact with you that you are special. That no one will be able to do what you do, even if the math is sound.

If you truly care about these “new posters and lurkers” like you say you do, you would issue a warning often. It takes a lot more than math to become a long term winner and prove it daily.

My understanding is that Rob wrote 2 books, that were more like long trip reports than gambling strategy books.

Rob's also written several times that he has given many books away, is willing to give away more, and wanted to give them all away from the start but the publisher wouldn't allow it.

Of course I can carry on a conversation while counting and/or watch a nearby TV and all that kind of stuff. If card counting isn't second nature, basically doing it in your sleep, you are doing it wrong and will make mistakes. That is why I am such an advocate of a simple count.

This is complete nonsense. I actually feel just the opposite: If I can do it....anyone can do it. I don't think I encourage anyone, but anyone that really wants to can do it. Stanford Wong once said he could teach a monkey to count cards. I think that is probably right. But Stanford also famously said, "learning to count cards is the easy part. Learning to get away with it is the hard part". And I would add get away with it and be welcome the next time. That is what I have made my priority since I moved to Vegas. And that wasn't by accident. I wore out my welcome in Atlantic City. With a second chance (relocating to Las Vegas) I was forced to focus an achieving some kind of longevity.

I wasn't mentioned in that litany, but I did post proof of stock trades when challenged at WOV, both screen shots and live video of my iPhone for one of my stock trading accounts, and I did post proof at all three forums including here of Wins at the casinos, by way of live video of logged in casino Win/Loss statements. But what's most important is that I posted it after challenged, after years of making claims, and the numbers backed up exactly what I had been claiming all along. If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything.

BTW, that over all description of M Resort J posted is accurate, at least with regards to the way they are since Penn bought them.

I moved to Las Vegas in 2009 to continue my blackjack career. Zenking moved here 2017. I think that is right. I didn't tell him to move here. I didn't encourage him to move here. At the time I wasn't even on any forum with him. He was at WoV, where I was banned a year earlier. I remember that because there is like 150 page thread (maybe 300 pages. lol) that went on for months about his planned move and then eventually about his move. I didn't participate in that thread because I wasn't on the forum at that time.

So Zenking moves to Vegas. Maybe the question should be: How does that help me? Another card counter in town is good for me? of course not. That is precisely why I would and never did encourage anyone of these guys to follow.

So Zenking moves to Vegas, I hope to pursue his dream, not to pursue mine. Power to him. Vegas is a big city. It isn't going to effect me. I even communicated with him privately, shared some of my personal rotation and advise places not to play, including most strip properties. So what does he do, focuses on strip properties and then starts screaming about losing, being cheated and Chinese cards. whatever. By the way, please note that part where I shared with him some of my personal rotation. What the fuck more could I do?

Look, I seriously contemplated inviting Zenking into My home in 2017 after he moved here. And no, you pervs, nothing sexual. I don't know or care what he looks like. He was just struggling so much with the whole move and being away from home and on his own for the first time. Couldn't rent a decent apartment because he had no credit. Moved into one of those weekly's and got bedbugs. I seriously was close to inviting him to stay in our extra bedroom, even with all his crazy Chinese cards ranting and stuff. But then I had my medical situation in the fall requiring emergency heart surgery and recovery and how Zenking was doing became about the furthest thing on mind. 6 months later my partner died and I sold that house shortly after, so that was no longer an option. By then Zenking had become friendly with The WoV crowd, and was doing better anyway. I think.

There was nothing about the Double Up play that was illegal and anyone of us would have taken advantage of it if we knew about it. My only debate is the correct way to do it. Axel who everyone knows I respect thinks it would have been better to do it without Handpays. I don’t understand enough about it to understand if that was the best way to attack it or if Rob’s way was.

Both ways seem to be winners for those who figured it out but it comes down to something a wise man once debated. And one KJ could understand.

For one, everyone knows it isn't true and second what this post really says Rob, maybe more than anything you have ever posted is a confirmation that what I have said is true. And you are mad as hell and will go to any length make up any lie because that is all you have. You are a 3 year old throwing a tantrum.

How about we start with your mathematically impossible claim of progressive wagering, special plays and rabbits feet to win 375k over 4 years.

Let's start with that one. You admit that was BS. You can even (for now) continue to claim it as cover for your double up claim. We will get to that later.

But for now, set yourself free and admit that this math defying claim is fictional.

I mean I guess you have a 4 year gap to fill in between the time you admit to being a failed AP until the double up bug in 2004. Lets just fill THAT in with an extended period of losing APism, because that is probably what occurred.
