Then we get the lecture on how it is not valuable to network with other ap's which is the biggest load of nonsense. If you are not playing blackjack which is something with a 100 books written and actual forums dedicated to it the networking has very clear value. If on the other hand you are making up a life story because all the info is publicly available with the smattering of real life Las Vegas experience then of course there is no need to network.....

For the record. KewlJ claims he would tell the truth in PMs if I didn't go public. He sent me PMs regarding this case. He lied in those PMs too. Compulsive liar is a fair assessment of what he is.

He's always claiming this or that and using some anonymous AP as a verifier. I don't know anyone who has ever met or done anything with him. As well noone has ever claimed to know someone that has met or done anything with him. That's pretty impossible considering how many people that is in this supposed community.

Not that I associate with a lot of people. But some of the people I do associate with have literally met and/or done business with not dozens of people but 100's.

Well THAT is exactly what being too well known and all the socializing will do for ya. As I was told very early on, at BJ21, Don't trust fellow APs, as they will stab you in the back to step over you to get to that next play.

Here is another one for you. Midwest player who lurks a lot here, can probably verify this if he wants to. Back at BJinfo, there was a guy who held an annual gathering of blackjack card counters for a few years. It was called BJ bash and held over a weekend the midwest where he lived. So one year, the final year if I am not mistaken, the members gather from all over the U.S at an Indian Casino where the event was being held. I chose not to attend. Just imagine The Indian Casino didn't have any problem with an army of card counters staying and playing for the weekend.

So by the end of the weekend, just about everybody lost. The over-whelming majority of these pretty good to very good card counters all lost, playing what looked to be a very favorable game. Hum....did I mention this was an Indian Casino? Yes...ok. Did I mention the member of the forum that arranged all this and picked the casino was himself of Native American heritage? How about this one....it was later revealed that he got a cut of all the losses from the group of "fellow APs" that he brought in.

So it can be big like this event, and seedvalue screwing over and sabotaging everyone (you included) or it can be something relatively small like Monets trashing of Axelwolf and just about revealing publicly where Axelwolf lives.

I just see no reason to get too friendly with fellow AP's. I suppose if you are literally playing on a team, but I am not. I am a solo player, and I will continue to keep mostly to myself, with 1 or 2 special AP friends that have proven to me it is beneficial to call "friend". This strategy has served me well despite that a few APs on a forum seem offended that I won't meet them.

I also speculated that he could in some way be associated with some people on the East coast that were bad news. I don't think he is, after checking further into it, and I don't really care. For the record any networking I have ever done with another ap has been a positive experience. One guy got me for a couple of hundred but I just let it slide. Happy to know it before we ever did any real business. Furthermore out of all the APs that I know I've never heard of a bad story of any significance that they have had with another ap they networked with. Furthermore kewl says it has treated him well to not network but the reality is he has no idea what he missed out on. Furthermore all of his stories about AP relationships going South are from stuff he is read on forums. I am not sure he can actually say anything that will give him credibility at this point. Furthermore it is a stretch to claim that all a p's are in competition with with each other. Things like machine hustler's might be in competition at a particular casino but that in no way extrapolates.

The thing about KJ - if you actually read what he writes - is that he constantly echoes the words/phrases and themes of the immediately previous replies by others. As I noted, a while back, he's extremely suggestible. Not someone in control of even his own life. People don't always end up in places like Vegas by their own conscious volition. My guess would be some nut-job living from one day to the next, now on the internet. Certainly of negligible intelligence, etc.

Point being that his inability even to present a coherent story, keep track of his lies from day to day, or even comprehend the subject matter enough to not make a fool of himself, belies the notion of a mind sharp enough to even keep a simple count on a deck of cards.

Add to that the emotional instability, constant whining, inability to keep his mouth shut, epic indecisiveness and obsession with what others think of him - how could this type of personality be a success at anything, let alone in assuming a role where staying cool and collected is what it takes?
