Look here is the bottom line. EVERY advantage player and REAL player playing for a living or significant money, or even the recreational type APs, can tell you exactly where their advantage comes from mathematically. Many don't want to share that and that is fine. That is probably the smart move. But they can! And when you look at that math or equation or whatever it is that provides a legitimate advantage (+EV), there are no real questions about it. There may be some questions related to how a player executes that play and math, like asking a card counter how he plays so that he is able to continue to be welcome or tolerated, but there is NO question about the math.

These guys, from Singer, To dawggy, now Evenbob/spike to a hundred of youtube scammers, the question isn't about what they do to excecated the play, the question are about the math....the alternative math that they come up with. It isn't hard to spot these guys and their tap dance. It is like I always say, "It just doesn't take much to figure out who knows what they are talking about and who is just talking"

Yes, it is better to divorce and have a chance at finding happiness than to remain in a loveless marriage, without a partner at home to love and to assist you with the daily chores of life.

Humans are mammals. Mammals mate for life only 5% of the time, where as birds it is up to 90%. We are NOT Penguins. People change and grow apart. No longer share the same interests and goals. Kudos to those that do stay in love and enjoy one another's company after many years (MrV). But for every one of them, there are a multitude that stay together unhappily married, sometimes for the "sake" of the children, sometime because of family or societal pressures. I can think of nothing worse than living in an unhappy union for both parties.

I try not to judge what arrangement people have. But EvenBob's always seemed strange to me. If it works for him great.

Since I up and relocated to Las Vegas 14 years ago, leaving my life and friends behind, I have had 4 different people, uproot their lives and follow just so they could continue to be part of my life. My late partner who left 40 some years of living in Phila area. friends, family and 3 grown sons, my brother who after graduating college left the only life he ever knew in Florida and all his friends, my mother who followed 2 years later, and my current BF, who 2 years ago did the same leaving Florida, his friends and family to be part of my life. Full disclosure, I think Mom was probably more about following my brother than me, but still, I am grateful that she did and we now have a great relationship, that we missed for a number of years.

It is a very flattering and humbling feeling to have people that want to be part of your life so much that they would do that. So it is hard for me to grasp the EvenBob situation of being married living in separate homes (separate town? I forget) and seeing each other a few times a month like you would a distant friend or relative. But again...whatever floats your boat.

There are two people on these forums, coach belly and Blackhole, that despise AP's and real winning players so much that for a long time I though the possibility that both were associated with the gambling industry. Maybe worked in the industry or had relatives that do.

But I have come to realize that both, like many anti-AP haters are probably just life long losing degenerate gamblers that despise players that actually win. We will call this the Singer syndrome.
