You might not be able to do it on video poker anymore but you can bury up win on some of the vulturable games. Like on Aladdin's when a column goes wild. You show a pretty steady loss until a column goes wild. You can pull the card, cash out, then reinsert a ticket and take the next 3 spins without the card in. The Aladdin's pay off when the columns are wild so you bury up that win.

You can do the same thing on other vulturable games but I probably shouldn't publicly name those games at this time. Another benefit of mixing in the vulturable games with your video poker play is you are showing action on 90% games.
Thanks Mickey. Naming the games probably doesn't do any good because my options are limited but I like the thought. I tried pulling my card when I get a full house or better on the deal (before I draw) and the machine is smarter than that. Follow up question... Does using the same ticket pose a problem? I.e. could they connect the win to me by the bar code on the ticket?

I'm not sure so can't give a definitive answer on that. So just use cash to be safe. Whatever vulturable games you have in your area you should study to see if there is a point where pulling the card and cashing out before making the next few spins will cover up win.

Are you really serious here? Do you AP’s always have to agree with other AP’s you don’t even know just to make your own bullshit stories seem possible? The only road map he laid out here, is to how to end up in the homeless tunnels.

you better have plenty of tactics lined up to earn 50 K in free play a year

If the FP amount is significant enough, you could treat it like a (partial) loss rebate and just play a high denom and/or high variance game. Either hit something big....or take a loss and get some/most of the losses back.
Sounds like gambling to me with plenty risk involved. Far from a sure thing.

    1) 100.00 5x’s different periods throughout month
    2) 75.00 5x’s
    3) 280.00 8 x’s
    4) 100.00 9 x’s
    5) 100.00 9x’s
You have to go to five different casinos throughout the month on an assortment of different days running 75/100/100/100/280 at least once before you could put any of it in your pocket. Of course, you could hit a royal or a jackpot, but aren’t the odds with such small sessions you’ll zero out or at most pick up a couple of scraps after play through.

What kind of action is required to earn this type of free play throughout the year, month after month, all the while achieving only what I briefly found with a quick look here?:

"I throw money away like water. Yesterday I had panhandlers asking for money so I started throwing 20s all over the sidewalk.
One property alone on just my card I have 5 mil in coin.
I figure I should be able to collect 40k in FP
averaging 150k+ per property per month
I hit over 750k in Jackpots.
    I paid off 2 2014 vehicles
paid off the house, gave my wife over 50k in cash to hide... etc."

What you are seeing, BH, is that a lot of work goes into AP'ing Las Vegas freeplay. Putting in that much action is not my cup of tea but more power to those that do it. Monet has told that he puts in lots of hours. I get freeplay but no where near those amounts....and I hold an advantage in the games I get the freeplay from....so the freeplay is just icing on the cake. Monet is clearly playing at advantage on the reel progressives and probably playing at a slight disadvantage at video poker, like NSUD at 99.73%.

I don't know the trigger points for the freeplay that he is working but he's getting about $4000 a month in freeplay. A guesstimate would be $300,000 to $500,000 in action per month. It is pretty much common knowledge on vpFREE that you can get no mailed in Las Vegas by just going in, running off the freeplay, and leaving. You have to put in action after running off the freeplay to keep those cards and letters coming.

So, in the end, BH, it's a hell of a lot of work.

Here's an answer that the armchair gamblers here would never know, because they, well, don't really gamble.

monet is lying about getting that huge amount of free play from Stations, and winning. Any high level successful Stations gambler knows that they do not send free play to players who win. They've had that policy for several years now, and Dancer wrote about it over a year ago.

    Wise up yet?

Even if Monets stories are not 100% true, and I don't know if they are or not, the stories are incredibly valuable. Example: who cares if he actually threw a bunch of bills at a homeless person or not? That's not the important part of the story. Maybe that part was a exaggeration... Again, I don't know and I don't care... I'd rather focus on how you make a mint than who you tip and how much after the fact.

I think everyone is agreeing free play is a thing and the only dispute is whether there are situations where you can get enough of it to offset any losses.

Clearly there are a number of people here who don't know how to do that. Whether or not Monet does is not relevant if the randomness of the game is in dispute.

If we could all agree the game is random, then there would be no dispute that playing 10/7 DB at 100.17 is +EV and the card is at a minimum extra pocket change and free food.

Misrepresentation.what Bob said was common knowledge at the time. They quit mailing free play to those that played games with a theoretical above 100%. So people moved down to games like nsud, 99.73% and kept getting the free play. Winning or losing had nothing to do with it.

BTW, monet put up a pic of the station free play. Where do you think he got that? C'mon you can concoct some kind of a story.

Thanks for the links / pics. Here are my thoughts.

    1) I see shack already covered everything I'm saying.
    2) anyone who tucks a t shirt into jeans should be suspect right off the bat.

Side note... Before I had any clue what was going on in casinos, I came up with a singer-like strategy on a hundred play multiple denomination machine. It worked great until it didn't. In hindsight, I can't believe I was this dense. I consider it a lesson bought.

That's what fat, out of shape people say because they have no shame. Tucking a tee into jeans means you have little to none of the fat that 99% of gamblers have--esp. at my age.

When you say no mailed, however, is that permanent?

Because if not I'd think there'd be some potential for a local to do relatively nicely without so much running around and maintaining coin in everywhere by making one visit, playing sufficient coin in on that one visit to generate the max offer, and not returning until those offers are received. Maintain coin in there for a month or two using those offers, then run them off until they stop coming. Repeat cycle again in a couple months. So at any time you'd have offers you were working and maintaining, offers you were running off, and places with no offers that you're avoiding. IDK maybe I'm overestimating how many places are separately available for FP offers in the Vegas area. I've done this with local places - run out offers doing crazy things like $300 FP at $1 or less a spin, then when they quit not gone back for months, then as soon as I've gone back and played some offers start rolling in again.

mickey has no knowledge about anything in LV, and all he does is parrot what the penny players who worry more about comps than winning money, stammer about on vpfree. He has no clue, and regularly copies info from other forums and esp. Wizardofodds in order to make it look like he knows what he's talking about.

Stations does it exactly as I said. SP is even more strict with anyone who wins consistently. And naturally, if you get free play from anywhere these days, run in and collect it without playing like you did to get it, almost all or all casino marketing computers will no mail you or insult you with worthless offers.
