MGM pre-banning suspected money launders, others considered risky for their license

For someone to money launder successfully at a casino he would need to convert cash to check and there is no way to do that any longer at table games. The casinos will not issue a check for anything over a verified win at the tables.

What these illegal bookies were/are doing makes sense, for them - they are laying bets to further and support their business. They are not simply converting cash to check.

I highly doubt you could. Being born into a successful family is great, but without it, I’m thinking you would be the one living in the streets and sewers. Even more interesting is how you are doing compared to your siblings, assuming you have any.

Not only does Wizard have no credibility regarding anything to do with Mdawg after allowing himself to be played by Dawg over and over (probably played and paid), but something like what is being discussed, how to receive a check from the casino, is not in Mike's field of expertise. Of the people involved in this discussion, Axelwolf is the expert. If he says he can get a check from casinos in ways that others (including myself) might not be aware of, then he almost assuredly can.

Like most here, I know nothing about depositing cash at the cashier or whatever. I've never needed casino credit or the help of a host etc. So instead of making guesses I asked the FBI (my nephew) and if anyone really wants to know the ins and outs of casino money laundering, I'd encourage them to ask the agency too.

It is not possible these days to deposit any amount of cash with the casino cage and get a casino check for that amount--or less if you've lost--when you want to withdraw it. I don't know about the wins because I didn't ask that, but I'd expect a check is OK if you want one.

The answers are out there; all you have to do is get up off of your lazy fat asses...and ask.

None of my properties are land locked or in desolate area's. Both places are within less than 30 minutes to towns.

Much of my California property isn't easily accessible with a car unless it's a wheel drive. However, it's off a highway the creek is easy to cross by foot. Also I have access on both sides of the road to other smaller parts of the property. It's also less than 40 minutes to a big city.

My Washington property does have a 30+ acres island that needs a.new bridge since the other one washed out. The main part of the property is accessible just fine
I just moved my 35 foot class A on to my property without issues. I thought there could be since there's some rough areas down the driveway.

There are usually ways to get around a casino's rules. Perhaps not all the time at all the casinos, but certainly sometimes at some of the casinos.

I tried to make a bet regarding this with Mdawg, but it seems that Mike advised him against it, as Mdawg didn't know all the ways it could be done. After that, Mdawg then made sure to include AT THE CAGE FOR TABLE GAMES, and other aspects. I never said anything about getting checks from THE CAGE or for the tables, I said...from the casino. If someone needs a check related to gambling from a casino for whatever reason, they don't care where it's from. Im sure you could still get a check from the cage after playing table games, even after having lost money.

FYI, I sent recorded proof and documentation(paperwork), where the casino told me they were CTR'ing me, and they said the form they were using was for a CTR(it was a different form, but they said it was for CTR). I even had them clarify with a manager.

Today, casino Compliance will not issue a check for other than a verified win, and only up to that exact amount of the verified win.

In this particular situation, I kept depositing my winning chips until, end of trip, I withdrew them all via check. That particular winning check was mid six figures, and dates from this year - I have many such checks from this year alone, and one or more seven figure ones from this year. I can and have shown Wizard close to seven figures in winning checks in just a six month or so period a few or so years ago, and he posted about some of these online at WOV, verifying having seen them, and would have kept doing so until one or more jealous WOV members cried to him about that practice and asked him to stop with the verifications.

As a matter of fact, the year he was verifying all those wins was the same year I made the "about even" accommodation post to get my Adventures of MDawg thread unhidden, so there you have it, the impossibility of that I could have other than won big that year.

Concurrent with all those winning checks I was providing actual logged in video of my player accounts corroborating the year end wins.

(And if cash was placed on deposit to make the win happen, the check cut will not include a penny of that cash.)

As a credit player, every check I get is only for a verified win. Period. Since no cash is involved.
