If my initial decision would have been to pursue something I never would have said anything. So once I did change my mind, I was in trouble because I had already revealed this incident. I was out of town for a few weeks, but once the case go going with a demand letter, and negotiations, I began to see that there would be information about me and the case, that could become public. As that began to look more and more likely, I decided I could protect myself from this by announcing we had filed a case and settlement reached. That backfired spectacularly thanks to super sleuth Maxpen. I hold no ill feeling towards Maxpen for that.
It is only that last part that Maxpen was able to disprove. I actually received the settlement, which I came as close to saying an amount as I could (and it was not enough).
I can't and wouldn't even if I could, prove any of this. People can decide whatever they want and it is pretty clear they have. And that is fine with me. And if people want to decide that because Maxpen disproved part of this "ordeal" that everything I have ever said was made up.....well again, people have always had that right. I am ok with it.

I don't see anything new in Dan Druff's post. He reaffirmed he believes most of my blackjack backstory and claims, but not any of the backroom story. That is his right. Druff also reaffirmed he doesn't believe MDawg's endless high stakes winning", nor Singer's shit.
It cracks me up that Mdawg immediately quotes Druff leaving out how Druff doesn't believe his "endless high stakes winning". Funny, but I guess not unexpected. Then Mdawg posts a quote from Axelwolf, that Axelwolf just yesterday told him to stop because Mdawg was taking it out of context (as he always does). What a sleezebag Mdawg continues to be.
In a different thread and post Druff addressed that he is not interested in selling the forum. And that is fine too. My only question would be if he is so fond of and attached to the forum as he stated, why does he sometimes go weeks without showing up, rarely posts anything except his sports picks, and most troubling to me, doesn't enforce his own posted rules.
While I don't see much new in what Druff wrote, I do see some issues with what he didn't write.
Druff wrote that he didn't believe I was a male prostitute. wooptie-doo. That is a far cry from his saying or doing anything to stop people from posting that kind of bullshit, which is meant only to discredit someone. As I said, I was once told I couldn't refer to coach belly as a pedo, because I was accusing him of illegal activity. But someone making up illegal shit about me, I guess is acceptable.
The bigger issue for me is that Druff did not address Mdawgs continuing doxxing of me. Rule #3 on Druff's posted rules. I have been waiting for Druff to weigh in on this and now he has by not addressing it. And that is the one thing out of everything he wrote (or didn't) write that is unacceptable to me. Mdawgs doxing of me has cost me money. I have had to lay low for parts (basically half) of two different years, resulting in much less playing time and EV earned, which is money. If I had to guess, I would say it cost me in the neighborhood of 100k.
Let me repeat that. Participating on a stupid internet forum or forums, where a guy was allowed to dox me, and that information, immediately turned up in the databases has cost me in the neighborhood of 100k. That is not acceptable to me. And it is not acceptable that Druff allows, and seems to welcome this guy on the forum without addressing it. And finding this unacceptable, my response will be something I should have done a very long time ago.

I say this as one of the few who still seem to "believe" in your worth as a poster here.
I always observed a pattern in him of claiming unavailable / unverifiable evidence when he felt that his assertions weren't getting the traction he hoped.
The backup always had to do with some person or persons who could substantiate whatever he had to say, but of course these sources always remained anonymous. The APs, the programmer he hired to review the shuffling machine. And then we had phantom documents such as the player records hand delivered to him on Halloween for someone he claimed was MDawg, the doxxing post no one else ever saw, the lawsuit docket, sealed or not, his claim that records will support his changing ownership on a condo to a trust or LLC in 2019 (even though he claims he was doxxed by someone's looking up the two brother records two years later, in 2021), his claim of a police report substantiating Moses/Tater's showing up at a condo he was staying at, etc. etc.
Some of those records above, could be viewed as sensitive, but...if a police report really existed over someone now deceased almost a year, why not post it? Redacted versions of lots of the above proof could be posted. And still, at the end of the day, the only person who has claimed to view UNKewlJ is MaxPen, who viewed bare minimum red to green chip play in the presence of what appeared to be a sugar daddy.
There are lots of innocuous bits of proof UnKewlJ could provide to try to substantiate his stories. If the proof exists. Obviously, he does care to be believed, enough so that he lied intensely for three months straight daily to try to prove up his backrooming story.

Who with the wherewithal and benefits elsewhere would try for professional gambler, given how little you guys let on about it?
A cursory Google search for professional gambler yields as little. Something about successful gamblers like Thorp - who didn't actually make his money in the casinos. Surprising number of those guys ended up in jail for a few years. And, after a short blurb about it, to try this and that online casino to become a professional gambler. A few people claim that thus gamblers do exist, that they personally know not one, but several. Hmm. Not a lot about it on either of the gambling forums, let alone this one, except that professional gamblers, by definition, aren't supposed to talk about it. Go figure. At any rate, the steady parade of supposed professional gambler failures, in living technicolor. Even if, say, Crimm makes $500 a casino visit, I would hardly consider what he has to do to get it (constantly on the road alone, without retirement) worth it. And, again, there's the recent, KJ, debacle, still prominently on everyone's palate. The Wizard, with all of that supposed gambling knowledge, turned out to be the biggest thus joke of all. Still stuck daily on his (former) shithole of a forum. Yes, Romes is still there.
In conclusion, all of it still very much sounds like you have to know a guy who knows a guy, likely en route to yet another "rabbit hole" ... just to begin to find anything out it, what you're supposed to drop an already decent life, with friends and family, for. Doesn't sound a bit odd?
