DanDruff care to weigh in on UNKewlJ's backrooming lawsuit "story" now?

In 13 years based out of and mostly playing Las Vegas, I have run into a lot of card counters at the tables. Once I realize it I try to get away at first opportunity because it is very dangerous for 2 card counters at the same table to be raising and lowering bets in tandem. Even if their bet ramps and counts are different, bets will still be mostly raised and lowered in tandem.

So I can't say if JBJB saw me or not. He probably did. I always assumed a number of people from these forums would have seen and played with me over the years. JBJB isn't even primarily a card counter anymore, so there is a much better chance he would have seen me before I saw him.

I also don't know who or how many players have access to the databases. I am fortunate that I do. I always assumed that players playing for a living, especially that play primarily table games, would find a way to have or get access to that information at least periodically. JBJB has stated on prior occasion that he is able to see the databases.

My multiple entries are evidence that I wish wasn't there. But wishing doesn't change the facts. But I certainly would never in a million years, do anything like post that information publicly to prove something to an internet forum of people. Anyone even suggesting such a thing apparently doesn't understand what a table game advantage player like a card counter is and the relationship we have will the casinos. :confused:

The idea that multiple entries in the databases is a mistake, is someone reaching to explain away what they don't want to see or hear.

This goat clown exists in a casino database the same way his lawsuit existed on the court docket.

His PATTERN when he is lying is to yap a lot, talking around the subject. Always, instead of simply saying "Yes that is true" he posts volumes on "Why it must or should be true." Similar to the nonsense he posted nonstop about his lawsuit, the shuffler, the alleged doxxing, oiling surfboards, and everything else. The fact of the matter is, he is pretty much always lying, which is why he posts volumes dancing dervishly around the subject.

This gives them a moment to holler and scream and whoop it up. But in the end, nothing has really changed. I am what I am, do what I do for a living, live where I live and the haters can't change that just by wishing.

And in the end, even most of the people hating on me, know that my basic history and claims is what it is. They hate that and won't admit it but they know. You know. Singer knows. All this is, is a momentary moment for you to celebrate some meaningless thing that you perceive as a victory. So I ask, what exactly is it that you think you have won? :confused:

What it comes down to is that this guy has no face to lose...anyone with any face would show some shame, or at least disappear for a while, but when you're living an utter lie, in the underground sewers of Vegas, it's all up from there, so why bow out when all you have are these forums and no other life to speak of?

You'll notice that lie about driving to southern Cal on a Sunday to "oil his surfboard" faded out rather quickly too.

I don't post pictures. In May, when I was on an east coast trip, Mdawg called it a fake trip. I happened to read that while eating lunch AT A CASINO. So I walked outside, took and posted a picture of the Casino. And that wasn't good enough. That same trip I posted a picture from my friend's backyard who was hosting us that night in the Philly Suburbs, proving I wasn't in Vegas. Coach belly immediately falsely stated that picture was not Pennsylvania. So what sense it there in posting pictures. Singer posted a picture of himself at the wheel of an RV. :confused:

Did you read the Dan Druff statements? Nobody dispute's that Mdawg gambles. And at a somewhat higher betting level. Druff called it "whale" status. That is all chips, cash, suites and meals proves.

If I made a claim about something and it was easy to prove with a picture I'd have no problem supporting it with a pic. Just like I tried to get Singer to do with the Newell by even offering up cash to get it done. How much you want for a pic of your oily surfboard on the beach with a "take this MaxPen" sign on it?

There are a number of things he could post that would begin to provide credibility.

He claims that he retains stacks of chips from various casinos, he's mentioned five figures, he could post a picture of his entire bankroll to prove that he has more than fifty bucks on tap, and really does retain large stocks of chips from different casinos at home, posting the pic along with a handwritten note "Hello from UNKewlJ."

He claims to live in one of the condos at Panorama Towers / The Martin on Dean Martin Dr. - although we know he has no ownership there, he could at least go up into one of those condos and post a picture showing the view while holding out his laptop or smart phone showing this page in the foreground.

He could post redacted player records that were supposedly dropped off on Halloween. The problem is - he doesn't know what such a thing looks like, so he knows trying to wing it would end badly just as it did with the backrooming matter and shuffler.

And yes, the oily surfboard on the beach with a "take this MaxPen" sign on it would dispel the feeling that he is nowhere near the beach or southern Cal this weekend.

As far as this backrooming matter, obviously none of it ever happened, but if he wanted to show us something, he did claim his arm was broken, so how about a picture of the cast on his arm, and a pic of it off his arm cut in half, because by about now it would be removed. He could sign it, TO MDAWG FROM UNKEWLJ.
He also claims that he was emailed by the press about this - how about a redacted screen shot of that, in the past I've posted redacted screen shots of convos I've had with casino staff to verify this or that, why can't he?

It can't be lack of imagination that prevents him from providing any kind of proof - it has to be that there is no proof to provide.

yes, I did forget about the pictures of MaxPens oddly bundled cash. And it really isn't odd at all, just looks odd. I enter most games with chips, so my first cash buy-in is after I have lost the chips I entered with. This is usually a point that the count has risen at least some, so it is not minimum bet type buy-in. At the stakes I used to play that first buy-in was $500, so I would pull a prepackaged $500 as my buy-in. If I was already at Max bet, I would pull 2 packs for $1000. That was most of my time over the past 13 years. But for the last couple years I have been playing a bit bigger amounts, so my prepackaged amount is $1000 and if I am already at Max bet, I will pull two of them. But that prepackaging as I call it is the way to go. You don't want to whip out a huge roll of $100's and start peeling some off. I forget the purpose of that post by MaxPen, but the pictures served as a good suggestion.

Now lets clear something up about this surfboard stuff. I don't own a surfboard. The last one I did own 22 years ago, was handled down to my brother when I left home. He still has it in his room, but only for sentimental reasons I guess. It is not functional. I surfed a couple days earlier in the week, with a rented board. And frankly I think those will be the last days I ever surf. Maybe it is because I haven't done it in such a long time, but it just completely wore me out. By evening I was completely wiped out. I am not old, but I am older. Not in my 20's anymore. By Ray Finkel's timeline of owning a surf shop in 1970, he must be 80 or approaching 80 and says he surfs every day. Good for Ray Finkle. Lets hope he doesn't break a hip. My brother and BF are both 10 years younger than me. Maybe they have a few years of occasional surfing left but I am done with it. Had a lot of fun when I was a kid though. You guys can troll or whatever you need to do.

This demanding that I post pictures of anything is just bizarre. This is an anonymous message board forum. Not to pick on the late Alan, but this sound like something he would say or request. I can't imagine that any real (advantage) player would think or suggest that someone need prove something like the things being demanded on an anonymous message board. Of course the person demanding that isn't a real advantage (or winning) player. It is Mdawg. so that almost makes sense.

It's actually a tell. The people that want or try to prove something are bullshitting and their "proof" often nonsense, like a bill of sale with all signatures in the same handwriting or a picture at the RV showroom.

Mdawg wants/needs people to believe his magical adventure, so he posts pictures. Singer wanted people to believe his goofy claims so he posted pictures. Rob doesn't "need" people to believe like Mdawg does, but he wants people to believe. None of those pictures proved anything. Nor did I ever request that of anyone. That is internet forum games and nonsense. I don't want or need people to believe me on anything. I share(d) my experiences and people can believe whatever they like. Believe in the Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, and that the earth is flat. No skin off my nose.

Don't get me wrong....I enjoy seeing the many jackpot pictures that are posted. But those pictures don't prove anything about long-term winning. The only person that ever tried to say they did was a guy who posted a picture with a curser on the screen, a reflection of someone that wasn't him, and some exercise equipment in the picture. So make of that "proof" what you will. :cool:
