In most places and with most judges I think he'd probably be able to negotiate a plea bargain where he'd pay a fine, do community service, and be on probation: no jail time, especially if it's his first offense.
I'd guess the fine would be about three grand, give or take; the bill for his attorney would be around ten or fifteen grand.
BUT if he is in Miami and goes before judge V, he'll have to donate at least five billion to the judge's favorite charity (himself) to get off.
