Here is Axl Rose in Court when Steven Adler sued Guns N'Roses for firing him for being a heavy Heroin Addict. I have the real world Axl Rose Court Case shown in these videos in mind when I write my Fictional Axl Rose Court Case..The real world Axl Rose came across as cool, calm, collected, wise, and intimidating in his Court Case and he was just the DEFENDANT, imagine him as a LAWYER!

In most places and with most judges I think he'd probably be able to negotiate a plea bargain where he'd pay a fine, do community service, and be on probation: no jail time, especially if it's his first offense.

I'd guess the fine would be about three grand, give or take; the bill for his attorney would be around ten or fifteen grand.

BUT if he is in Miami and goes before judge V, he'll have to donate at least five billion to the judge's favorite charity (himself) to get off.

Yes, I viewed them; my take:

Axl was calm...probably TOO calm.

I suspect he took some form of medication to quell anxiety.

I saw nothing "intimidating" about him or his testimony; I give him props for being calm and staying focused.

I have a question: what is it about Axl Rose that fascinates you so much that you feel compelled to write a story with he and his doppelganger as protagonists?

Are / were you a rabid Guns 'N Roses fan, or is there something else?

Whatever...for your next installment, perhaps change things a bit so that instead of being a rock and roll star Axl is a real, genuine, law school graduate, z bonafide Florida state bar passing lawyer: you seem hellbent on heading in that direction, so 'just do it," as Phil Knight of Nike says.

Mr. V, I am a huge Axl Rose fan, and one day I wondered,"Would Young Axl be proud of Older Axl if he somehow time traveled to the future and saw Older Axl? I think Young Axl would be proud of Older Axl and soon, I was writing my Young Axl time travels to the future and meets Older Axl stories.

I didn't ask the real world Axl Rose permission to write these fictional stories about him, but I did make both my Fictional Young Axl and my Fictional Older Axl a good Protagonist and a good Deuteragonist. They're Heros. I think the ONLY things the real world Axl Rose might be upset about are the constant lying my Fictional Young Axl does, him having a BOYFRIEND (Real world Axl Rose is STRAIGHT), his addiction to Coke the soda and him hiding in a vent and a crawl space like a trapped rat when he was a Fugitive on the run. I incorporated a lot of true things into my Fictional Axl Rose story, like his deep loyalty and love for and to his Friends, Family, his love for Fans, his awesome songwriting, singing, and piano skills, his awesome dance moves, his love of Coke the soda, his reluctance to let Cake Cream be drug addicts (He lets Billy do Cocaine, but makes Billy take Subutex to help with addiction) his temper and anger , his deep feelings such as resentment

Speaking of Judge V, WHY is Judge V so omnipresent in YOUR Fictional Axl Rose and Cake Cream lives? Cake Cream and Axl live in Miami Florida, a highly populated and popular place, not some backwoods rural place like say Alabama backwoods...

Judge V. moved from the Oregon backwoods to Miami because that's where the highest quality Peruvian flake cocaine can be regularly found; try snorting some good Peruvian flake, Tasha, then you'll understand.

Soon after his arrival he befriended Columbian narcos in a sweetheart deal: if they get arrested he releases them on a technicality; in exchange he gets a pound of pure coke every week plus a wheelbarrow full of cash.

Just as you are a fan of Axl, I am a fan of Judge V.: he haunts my daily thoughts and I try to model myself after this great man.

Judge V. has carved out quite a niche for himself in Miami: he bribes and blackmails and by thunder it has paid tremendous dividends.

He would let Axl be Cake Cream's lawyer but only if Axl paid him a lot of money for the privilege, and thus far the light hasn't gone off in Axl's noggin that a BRIBE is needed.

Judge V called Axl's Cellphone and said,

"I have something VERY serious to discuss with you. You'd better get to my Courtroom ASAP.

Axl said,"Can't you just discuss it with me over the phone?"

Judge V said,"No, this has to be spoken about in person."

Axl reluctantly said,"Okay." Judge V and Axl chatted for a little while and then said their goodbyes and hung up.

Axl told Cake Cream he was going out by himself. They were all like,"Okay." Axl smiled and put on a bulletproof vest and a motorcycle helmet and told Cake Cream goodbye and they told him it to. Axl went to the Courthouse and was processed and went to Judge V's Courtroom. Axl was nervous.

Judge V said,"Have a seat." Axl obediently sat down.


Judge V said,"You do realize that practicing Law without a Law License, no Law Degree, no Law School at all, no passing the bar is a Felony, don't you You could spend years behind bars for this.""

Axl said scared,"I didn't know me being Cake Cream's Lawyer was a Felony. I just wanted to help out my Cake Cream Brothers and my Cake Cream boyfriend."

Ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking it," Judge V said sternly. "You won't be much help to Cake Cream behind bars."

Axl said,"If I don't know I'm breaking a Law, I wouldn't know not to do it!"

Judge V said,"Okay, fair enough. There is something you can do to remedy this situation."

"What is it? I'm desperate!" Axl cried emotionally.

Judge V said,"You can pay me a Billion dollars and I can make fake Documents stating you passed your bar and got a Law License shortly after you time traveled to 2022.

Axl said,"This is extortion!"

Judge V said,"Think about it as a financial donation to me to ensure you don't get thrown behind bars for a Felony."

Axl said,"If I am going to give you this Billion, I want you to sign a Contract."

Judge V said,"Thinking like a Lawyer! "

Axl smiled and Axl Drew up a Contract and Judge V and Axl signed and the Judge's Bailiff and Assistant signed as Witnesses. Axl Zelled Judge V the 1 Billion and Judge V gave Axl fake documents stating that Axl had passed the bar and got his law license shortly after time traveling to 2022. Axl and Judge V thanked each other and Axl soon left, still not 100 percent believing he just paid Judge V a 1 billion bribe. Axl went to Denny's and had a nice meal and paid and left and went back to the Luxurious Penthouse Suite. He chilled for a long time and then went to sleep.

Axl had forgotten to take the signed contract with him when he exited Judge V's chambers; the judge, not having forgotten it, consigned it to the shredder.

The jaded jurist summoned the two witnesses: "Nothing happened...right?"

"Right, Judge V."

A month later the members of Cake Cream were sued by the record label who controlled the rights to all G 'N R songs, claiming copyright infringement.

Axl escorted the band members in to Judge V's courtroom; he was resplendent in his Pierre Cardin suit and briefcase made of the skin of an albino alligator.

Judge V. rapped his gavel: "Begin."

Axl opened with "Your honor, my clients..."

He got no further.

"Your clients? Are you a lawyer?"

Axl was like a deer in the headlights; he stammered "Uh...uh...sure..."

Judge V. consulted his computer and said "Axl, I just checked the Florida state bar's list of active attorneys and you are NOT listed. Can you explain that?"

"Uh...I thought we had a deal..."

"What deal?"

"You know, I paid you a billion dollars and you phonied up papers to make me appear to be a real lawyer."

Judge V. became apoplectic: "Bailiff! Arrest this man for impersonating and attorney and for libeling me in my courtroom; get the medieval leg irons I keep in my curiosity cabinet and put him in them."

Axl whined "But we had a contract..."

"What contract?" sneered Judge V.

"Take him away" and away Axl went.
