For example, here is what a past incoming ACH transfer looks like. This is for a different bank from the one I posted that is "pending" for today. This approx 23K one would have shown as pending starting early in the morning on the 16th, and then the next day, shown with the 16th date, as it does now. It would have been available for use anytime on the 16th.

You may go through years of my bank accounts, all different banks, you will never find any incoming ACH with a non-Banking day (such as a Saturday) date on it. It is an impossibility that UNKewlJ received an ACH after midnight on a Friday, "posting" as he claims on a Saturday. He will need to alter that lie at least some to make it even plausible.

Unredacted, you'd be able to tell where this ACH came from, and the intended recipient, same as any ACH transaction record on a bank statement.


His whole story about unavailability of the ACH all day Friday and then suddenly after midnight and early Saturday morning (after 11:59pm Friday) the ACH lands, is absurd. Even a social security payment would not arrive after midnight such that it lands Saturday, let alone a standard business ACH, which those standard business ACHs always land in the mornings of a banking day.

Who gives a flying fuck about the timing of an ACH?

The REAL unanswered question here, Mdawg, is WHEN will you invite us all to the housewarming of the wonderful, multi-million dollar LV mansion you said you were buying?

Seems reasonable you put up ~20k and then proceed from there. Then Kewl meets up with Todd. If he can demonstrate ACH transfer on the a certain range of limited dates he immediately gets the $20k. Then Todd will know the settlement amount (sans attorney fees) and will ask Mdawg for the rest of it.

The downside is Mdawg will know approximately the full settlement amount which is something Kewl wishes to avoid.

0 chance the casino tries to clawback the rest of the settlement. 100% they do not want it known they broke a dude's arm like that. The concern there is vastly overstated and bordering on nonsense.

It was always Mdawg that steered discussion toward an ACH transfer, and rules and times that he looked up on the Internet. I knew nothing about what an ACH transfer was. And what I know now it is only because what I have read as a result of this discussion.

So an ACH transfer is a transfer between accounts at different financial institutions that goes to the clearing house because it is different financial institutions. A transfer between accounts at the same institution does not go through the clearing house and is not an ACH transfer. It is an interbank transfer between accounts at the same bank.

So there was an ACH transfer when the settlement money was transferred from the other party to the account that my attorney had set up at my financial institution, but that was weeks earlier. On the day that my portion was transferred from the account my attorney had set up to my personal account, both at the same banking institution, there was no clearing house involved. It was just a bank transfer. The timing of that isn't set in stone, but just when the bank makes the transfer.

Doesn't really matter. But it does clear some things up for me. I will know if I ever get another ACH transfer.

Now just out of curiosity, I looked back 5 years to some deposits of my partners Social security. these deposits also do not specify ACH. The say SSA US treasury. (Social security administration, U.S. Treasury)

So not that it matters but are government checks actually ACH? Just off the top of my head Clearing house (ACH) means something has to clear. Government checks are guaranteed.

Anyway, none of this really matters. I was told on a FRiday morning that the settlement funds would be transferred that day. I checked several times. and just after midnight the funds were in my account. Anything else that Mdawg wants to turn this into is just his usual trolling.

First of all, as noted, the incoming ACH doesn't always have the designation "ACH" on it.

With some banks it does

But a transfer of funds from one's bank account to an external bank account is still an ACH, and the same rules apply, and it won't land "just after midnight," and definitely not at all on a Saturday.

ACH means "electronic fund transfer made between banks and credit unions across what is called the Automated Clearing House network." A direct deposit, a transfer between your bank account and to another bank account that does not belong to you, funds sent to you by a credit card processor, all are all ACHs.

Anyway, as predicted he had to re-think and modify his story. Obviously he spent the last couple hours doing some furious research to think about what lie he could come up with to try to salvage this wreck. This story, doesn't change anything other than prove that he's trying desperately to change things to make it seem like something actually arrived at his bank. It did not. To set up a transfer to an external account, requires verification. Otherwise, anyone could just link to anyone's account without any authority.

I won't get into what exactly is required, but I'll let UNKewlJ spend some more hours trying desperately to dig into what he has to say to try to save himself.

And even so, such a transfer is not going to happen on a Saturday. It would have been deferred until Monday. By sticking with the portion of the lie that says that it wasn't there until Saturday, he killed the story, even in its later iteration.

On gay and blackjack: There was a very brief time, I was considering and even tried out a kind of gay flamboyant, act at the tables. This was 12-15 years ago. Liston mansion boy. I never wrote a word about ACH transfer. Above is a link to where I posted about the funds (post # 697). Not a single mention of ACH. Why would I as I know nothing about that. It was YOU who came up with that ACH stuff, on another forum no less.
